mk hotel remscheid

Nice big room, underground parking. Good location and breakfast.

The service at the restaurant was a bit chaotic.

Location, cleaniness

The continuous noise of some machines at night made it difficult to sleep. The noise could also be heard during the day. Breakfast options were limited & not renewed. I went at 8:30 am, breakfast is available until 10:30 am so I was expecting refills/warm/fresh warm foods/bread/jam.

The Hotel is nice and comfortable. Clean, very small free parking space. Dinner, Restaurant perfect for German food.

Doing the reservation over BOOKING

Good location. Parking at night when they host an event in the restaurant or at the meetings hall can be a challenge, otherwise OK. The breakfest is superb. the dinners in the restaurant were delicious, as well as their locally brewed bier on-tap. There is some exercise equipment in each room. Comfortable bed. Nice stay. I came here 2-3 times per year in the past 3 years, so that is says all.

There could be a small fidge in the rooms. That is all I am missing.

The room was very spacious. Kettle with instant coffee and tea in the room. There was a yoga mat in the room.

The breakfast. For the price, there was very little choice, and it didn't look very appealing. It's definitely not worth it.

Its location. The restaurant, the food and the beer.

I booked a suite, expecting it to be upstairs with a decent view. Instead it was in the basement, as there was no air conditioning it felt like walking into an oven. I was able to get a room on one of the higher levels with view and fresh air. Then there was no fridge despite the advertisement stating one. The bed was uncomfortable, room service was no show the first day, due to some non existing green button not having ben pressed. We did have make up room sign on door.

Location is great, friendly staff, nicely decorated room, comfortable bathroom, safe parking in the underground parking (with a free EV-charger as an extra big plus). Their beer (from their own brewery) is very nice!

If any, it would be no air con (room got a bit warm) and the bed is a bit to hard for my preference.

Easy to reach

Room spacious but you can hear everything. Strange combination of new styling but also being cheap. Low quality duvet and pillows.

Very nice and friendly Staff. Clean nice rooms and a comfortable bed. And the Hefeweizen was also good :-)

The restaurant & bar on site is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful!!!

The reception staff are poor, they tried to charge us for the booking upon checking in until we were able to prove that we had already paid and they only resolved the issue after a considerable dispute. The room service was awful, asked the room cleaner for a toilet roll and shower gel as it was empty she said we needed to ask at reception?? Despite asking at reception twice they were never delivered to the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the 1 pillow we had each was made of air, having to use our coats and luggage to sleep on, would have asked for extra pillows but after the toilet roll debacle we decided it was not worth the effort!!

Staff was so helpful, polite, responsive, friendly. Million billion thanks to all staff.Great location, clean room, very comfortable bathroom. Definitely will choose the same hotel next time. So lovely, friendly atmosphere

No mini fridge, but thats ok, some noice at night time, I guess it is from heating system, but the rest was amazing

The hotel was very clean and modern, good rooms and very well equipment. And a very good check-in/check-out.

I pressed the button to have my room clean but no one came to clean it.

Very good breakfast including freshly fried eggs. The restaurant is also very good and cozy

Location perfect and checkin very easy

Room was not 100% clesn

The room is clean. We had teapot and some instant cofee. We have found some sport equipment in the room.It is about 40 mins to KoelnMesse by car, so was good as a last backup option.

The pillow was really below expectation. It is better to change it. Communication via booking was unclear. I had to contact via direct email.

Nice room with comfortable bed. Decent breakfast although the hot options were limited.

Difficult to check in late. There is a machine outside but it is very slow to use and it failed to provide an access card. I had to ring the bell for a while before I got a response from the night staff and was let into the hotel, but to be fair this was about 1am because my flight had been delayed. There was only one pillow on the bed and it was not very comfortable. The mattress was good, the problem was the pillow.

Clean and quiet

The pillow is small and not comfortable

Easy access from the motorway.

- Room wasn’t clean- There was no information that neither the gym and/ or the family area was closed

The room is very clean and quiet

My room was a little cold even when I put the heater very high
