Holiday Inn Express Remscheid By IHG

Nice staff, warm and clean room.

Nothing negative.

Very clean, great breakfast.Oliver H. was the perfect breakfast host.

No complaints

Very new and clean. Amazing price value. Breakfast has everything you need and there is a lot of staff that makes sure it gets refilled.

It’s very basic. But for one night it’s a great stay!

"Our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast stood out for its quality and variety, truly exceeding our expectations. The reception staff were consistently friendly and professional, especially Lars, who provided exceptional service with kindness and dedication. Overall, we felt very well looked after and appreciated the warm hospitality."

"Nothing stands out — I was very satisfied with my stay."

This hotel exceeded my expectations from the beginning. it was a great experience, staff was nice and helpful, Internet worked well, the rooms were clean and confortable. Very quiet at night. You can get a great night of sleep. Breakfast was amazing too. Quite a lot of variety and staff were constantly checking that all trays were full. I booked this hotel for convenience for a meeting int he area and it ended up being a great experience for me and my work colleagues.

Nothing - it was absolutely perfect

Good possition, clean, modern hotel, 10e/ day parking

In general, the hotel is a good choice for those who have work in the area and do not want to stay in the big cities. It has quick access to the highway and generous parking. The breakfast is simple but good

Very cold in the rooms and no possibility to adjust the temperature individually. The reception staff (at least on the first evening when I arrived) were rude and insensitive to the problem with the inappropriate temperature. One of them jokingly insisted that I should put another blanket on... However, the staff the next day had good intentions and found a solution to improve the situation

The 24/7 snack bar is really useful. We arrived there after 20:00 and not wanting to go out for dinner, we sat in the lobby and ordered from their menu. Then there is breakfast!. No comment needed

Brand new. Modern.Good breakfastStaff are very nice

Some low frequency rumbling noise, but nothing bad.

Food was great! Service is also very good. We're here to visit Customers. The parking fee is very cheap. 10 EUR per night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The accommodation was clean, the location was great, and the staff were pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Comfortable room, well insulated, exemplary cleanliness.Excellent facilities, good cosmetics. Very good breakfast, smilling and helpfull staff.

I had to book a half hour earlier before we arrived, since the other accommodation was over-booking. Although 12 am arrived, the reception was really friendly and check-in was very smooth. The room faced the main road, however the sound proof was excellent and didn't aware outside was so laud. Plenty parking lot and good breakfast selection.

Clean, quite and good value for money

Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast is not bad at all, also with take-away options for food and coffee. All of the staff we contacted were extremely polite and helpful. Overall a great choice on a value price.

The location for Dusselford Mese is not exactly ideal (about 45-50 minutes to drive) but it was mostly highway driving. The housekeeping cleaned the room every two days which is OK, I just would want to be informed about it.

The breakfast was good and our room was large and more than adequate. The bathroom was large comparing with other hotels with plenty of room for toiletries.

The very small space for hanging clothes, if you were staying one night it is fine but we were staying 4 nights and it was not large enough. The car parking charge, although this was mentioned on the Booking.com site it was right down the bottom which I took no notice of. There was no free parking near the hotel as it was on a dual carriageway and there is no way of avoiding the charge so you need to facture the charge in with the cost of your room if travelling by car, we have visited this hotel on two previous occasions and not been charged for parking. The room was not service during our 4 day stay no toilet rolls supplied, we had to ask, no bins emptied etc.

Good value for money. New, clean and quite hotel.

Would prefer better options for dinner. Ordered a 4 cheese pizza which was served as heated of a cold pizza

Perfect location for on the road trip, nice staff and clean/new room

Easy reachable hotel, clean, friendly staff

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It was just PERFECT with great breakfast, bed, hot shower, cleanliness, but above all, the most professional and friendly STAFF made our stay PERFECT!! We cannot thank them enough with words. They were simply most helpful and thoughtful. This hotel is run by a really caring team from the beginning (we came here for the first time when they just opened the hotel). STRONGLY recommended to stay here for leisure as well as for business.
