Pride Ananya Resort Puri

Nice hotel to stay in Puri. Staff at reception are behaves good.

Staff/cook in the kitchen need to be educate for taking some measures to prepare/serve a fresh food in the room as sometimes they served old prepared food in the dinner.

Staff

House keeping staff

Insufficient staff training has led to poor guest interactions, including disrespectful conduct and inappropriate language.

Room size was good. Breakfast was good

Providing of Bathroom slippers and shaving kit which were not there. The commode shower was Faulty and my clothes got wet

The location was the best. Staff were courteous. Easy availability of local transport. Food okayish.

The restaurant could have been better? Less options of food in the menu. Also the condiments - pickle, sauces etc were kept uncovered.

Staff is very courteous and they helped arrange darshan to puri Jagannath temple, which would have difficult without their guidance (being the first time visit to Puri).

Swimming pool only

The hotel charged me extra Rs. 5000 approximately for early checkin, rooms quality given to me was not good / clean and very smelly / damp.I requested them to change the room they told me that its not possible as i have booked through booking.com, moreover they took the full room charges upfront at the time of check in....!

The staff was very helpful.

The bathrooms were not properly designed. The food variety for lunch was limited.

Good food. F&B staff was exceptional

Front desk personnel need a lot of refinement. Very unprofessional.

Excellent location near the main temple in Puri.Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.Good value for money.Highly recommended.

Nothing that would have made me unhappy.

Proximity to temple, good breakfast

A/c not working during night, bed sheets are dirty and smelly not washed for long, internet is not working most of the time,

Location, breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness

Staff was fantastic. Great location. Front office people are professional.

International cards don’t work here so we got there at 12 midnight and couldn’t check in. Had to borrow money from another guest. That was a scary experience for a foreign Traveller Bathrooms are dirty and stained and smelly.

I ONLY LIKE THE LOCATION

Poor STAFF SERVICE.. THEY WANT JUST MONEY MONEY MONEY ALWAYS ADVANCE MONEY

The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to both the temple and the beach, making it quite convenient. The rooms are fairly decent as well. However, the front desk was a letdown, they wouldn’t answer calls. The phone in my room wasn’t working, so I had to use my mobile to reach out for the Wi-Fi password and other needs, which was frustrating as they weren’t very responsive. While the property is a bit dated, it’s clean and well-maintained, so no issues there overall.

This hotel is situated at the heart of the city. Facilities, cleanliness, and complimentary buffet breakfast are wonderful. 8/10

Staff was very courteous and helpful..They have an in house pandit who very helpful in getting us a Darshan and prasad was delivered to the hotel. Travel desk is good. Since we requested for a different room because of some issues they complied.

The room was rundown. Ac wasn't working properly. Leakage in the bathroom commode and it was stinking..

Room was spacious and perfect for three people. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Location is very convenient for Jagannath Puri Darshan. They arranged a car service for the next day and it was very smooth and hassle free. Would recommend for a pleasant stay

Everything was good

Cleanliness, Staff behavior, Courtesy front office,

Restaurant food was pricey not value for money. Spread was limited.

“Pride Ananya offers exceptional accommodations for spiritual healing. I selected Pride Ananya because of its tranquil and serene atmosphere, which perfectly complements the mood of visitors coming to Puri for the grand Chariot Festival, Jagannath Ratha Yatra. During my stay, I experienced outstanding hospitality from the reception, security, housekeeping, laundry, in-room dining, restaurant, and maintenance staff. Notably, the Front Office Bell Boys even went to the medical store to collect my prescription when I fell ill. The receptionist also arranged for an on-site doctor, understanding that I couldn’t go out for medical assistance. Pride Ananya truly prioritizes people care, and the entire staff demonstrates compassion and empathy.” ???
