Toshali Sands

Overall food is good and the general staff are nice 7. The reception and the manager level people would make you feel like a liar for every small expense which they want to take out of you.

We had to pay INR ---- per room for the early check in The rooms are in terrible state, washroom leaks and towel and bedsheet seem to come from a horrible C grade movie It took the receipt 3 hours to prepare our final bill

Staff were really courteous. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. One staff named Balram who took care of indoor activities like singing, games etc and swimming needs special mention

Felt that rentals, food and drinks, travel services are exorbitantly priced - could be because of the peak tourism season.

Nice landscaping, decent restaurants. Staff is helpful and responsive.

Quite a bit out of the way from Puri. It is on a hi way with nothing close by. Room felt old.Hotel's own travel arrangements are expensive. Best to call an Uber. One night the party music was too loud, keeping us up.

Great property, very helpful staff, very neat and clean, pool is great..

Food at the hotel was good but there is room for improvement.. quantity, quality and food options should increase.

Nice stay. Clean room and service is also fast. Food is great. You can find coastal food as well as authentic odia food. Cultural programs are performed as well.

Location was good

Not what shown in the photos of the rooms during booking, old building & rooms, desparately need renovation. Not worth the money I paid for it.

Over all green cover

The property was not clean, Lot of mosquitoes and service is slow

Location of resort

Room not clean .allways wedding and function going on so toomuch noise. ? ? music loud and all not for relex .it's like party wedding venues resort.

There was nothing to like all are negative answer very poor service very less staff all order served in very bad manner 1 to 1.5 hours waiting room not up to the mark .

very very bad experience staying there we will never recommend any one to stay there .

U v cheated in alloting a standard room at a high price which is small not good finish.i raised protect, brought ur notice asking for two days cancellation which was not taken care of ur company.U r blocked from my choice list.

As stated

Variety of amenities

The suite which was shhown in the photos and the one I got were same in size, but very dofferent in decor, fit and finesse. The bathrooms did not have any water pressure in the showers and when i complained, they said that they cant do anything about it as the room was on the top floor. The walls were damp and the bed headrest was a simple ugly looking piece of plywood. I certainly do not expect this quality of accomodation at around 7.5K INR per night.

Only the location and size of the property was good.

I was given two rooms- 2104 and 2105. In 2105, there was seepage in all the walls and even bathroom. Even though we requested for change of room, the same was done on the next day. Because of the terrible smell of damp walls, all four guests had to stay in the other room on day 1. Bathrooms in both rooms were in pathetic condition which was not worth the money charged. Wifi exists only in name. Food was okay. Overall a waste of money. Proper is outdated and requires renovation.

Beautiful view close to nature private beach great for kids

1. The staff is very kind and courteous. 2. The service was prompt and everyone was very eager to help.3. The Travel Desk - Mr. Mishra and the driver Mr.Sukant go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and safe.4. Their Private Beach is very nice and secluded and a must visit during the stay there.

1. The cleanliness in the rooms esp the washrooms could be improved.2. Long mirror was missing in the room.3. Quality of the toiletries could be improved.

Location of the venue was ideal for special events like weddings, etc.The reception area, restaurant was very nicely decorated. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The rooms were not up to a standard of a four star hotel. One room had lizards and mosquitoes. Rooms had not been fully cleaned before guests arrived. The bathrooms really need upgrading to modern standards.
