Property was nice and staff was helpful.

Property is far from central puri hence difficult to travel also property does not have access to beach. We paid for dinner still restaurant charged us when I spoke to reception, restaurant was not ready to speak to reception.

The interiors

The location is secluded and we are more dependent on the hotel to take us to site locations. Also the local restaurants are far and not accessible.

1. Room needs tweaking, an upgrade 2. And one should not opt for this place if you are looking for beach experience( approach is not good at all, we avoided), though clear n clean beach area starts around 1.5 kms from there, towards Regenta central puri.

Rooms are humid and after cleaning the floors remain wet & sticky.

Breakfast was the only nice attribute of this hotel

Location is at extreme end and there is lake of sewage behind the property. The entire resort is smelling badly. Because of this, there is no access to beach. Room stairs were not clean and no dishes or cutleries were available. Bathroom slabs were broken including drawer in bathroom. For 4 people only two towels are provided. Value for money is very incompatible. Indoor games are limited till 7pm only.

Excellent customer service. Great spacious rooms. Very good food choices in local and multi-cuisine restaurant. Direct beach access.

The staff was nice, and was trying hard to care for the customers, the head chef also made ample attempt to connect with the customers. the staff helps the guests till the end until the finally leave the hotel. this was nice. all staff members have been trained well and their priorities seem clear, it is to optimize the guests' experiences.

breakfast spread was generous although the second interior room where the staff was often trying to seat the non wedding guests, was not upto the mark, its arranged like a banquet hall, and it should be made similar to the main sitting area in the multi cuisine restaurant. the staff would often say that we would be disturbed by the wedding guests so we should sit in that interior hall/room, but instead of just pretending maybe put an effort into making that room decent for guests, it was from from enjoyable. there were also too many fruit flies in there. if its arranged in such a manner, maybe ask the wedding guests to sit there, because it had big round tables with like 7-8 chairs at each table like wedding guests would be seated.

breakfast was very good.Location was bad, we could not walk to the beach . Tried going once but it was smelly and unstable path. very disappointed.

The entrance to the hotel road was horrible.

The service and customer focus given by the staff in the hotel. Mr. Ranjith assist us during the stay and organise transportatin for the trip. Front desk staff Ms. Manju and Mr. Anant are outstanding services and courtesy. In restaurant Chef Bigyan and Ms. Deepika prepared specific food for us. Restuarant service provided by Ashis and Ms. Liaylin are good.This make our trip such a wonderful and memorable trip.

The room was good, but breakfast could have been better. Very good staff.

Issues with booking payment.

Good quality rooms, very helpful staff. Decent beach approx 400 meters from the property. Overall, a decent property to stay at during your visit to Puri. Good swimming pool, but not temperature controlled.

The pathway to the beach isnt great and stinks a lot. That acts as a detterent to even go to the beach. The property is 5-6 kms away from Puri temple, and the approach road to the property is not that great.

Bed linen was old , drain pipes in front our suite was flowing , bathroom fixtures were old.No one was attending to the oriya restaurant

Food was awesome, property is well maintained and the staffs are courteous and prompt.

Bar misssing ?

Room was extremely clean and the service was extremely professional. Especially Manju, Anita and Deba were very polite and well informed to help with everything we needed. We loved there beautiful resort and there service. Our experience was amazing.

There is back water just before going to the sea beach which was stinking so much. If they manage to remove it with the help of govt then it will be best resort in puri
