The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable.

They have a new self checking in system that is not a step forward.The system was arduous, and time consuming, both of which you do not need after travelling all day.This was echoed by fellow customers on the adjacent screens who is overheard complaining.

Great location, just outside of the city center with private parking what we needed since we didn't have the green sticker. There was public transport just outside of the hotel or take an über to go into the center. Very smooth automated check-in, very friendly staff. Clean room, nice beds. Great breakfast, lots of choice but maybe a lack of place at 'morning rush hour'.

Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Plentiful breakfast and it had a gym

No evening meals only snacks

Quiet, emphasis on reducing environmental impact, very clean and comfortable

Bar snack menu availability, breakfast had large variety but some quality issues (fruit salad was way past its prime, scrambled eggs undercooked)

Clean and conveniently located, staff were very helpful and allowed early check in

Not many halal or vegetarian options available for breakfast, which is bit disappointing

The room was very quiet.

The bathroom had a terrible smell when we first arrived. It had apparently not been recently freshened up.

The key cards were a little tricky to use

Great location if you're by car, and 2 tram stops away from the city centre. The room was very cozy and quiet, good bed. very clean. the staff was nice.

Personally I do not like the check in counter, I always like it when you have a real person welcoming you. The staff member that was there to assist with the virtual check in was very nice and friendly so glad there was someone with a smile in her face that gives a hood and lovely vibe

Check in was easy. Location is very good if you want to visit the Jahrhundert Halle. If you want to use public transport it’s easily accessible.

The breakfast buffet is nothing special, but I didn’t expect it to be.

When we arrived at this hotel there was no staff around anywhere, just the self check in screens. We completed the self check in all fine, system worked well. But during our stay we have seen many people stand there looking completely lost and annoyed because there is no staff to assist. Although in the evening there was a staff member there overlooking the self check in desks. Still would be better to have the option of having someone else check you in.

Clean, modern and comfortable. The staffs were nice.

The location was bad.

Everything was nice and clean, beds were comfy, pillows - flat enough to not cause neck pain. Cheapest room is spacious enough to feel cozy. Location of the hotel is also quite nice - city center is 5 minutes away (just 2 stops on the tram). Despite being next to the big road room was very quiet, sound isolation is top notch!

I thought they are called ghotel because they have ghosts, but I just set up myself for disappointment ?

The room was clean and big, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice big bathroom. Good location to get to the train station easily, the tram station is right in front of the hotel. Easy check in, at any time possible - we arrived around 1am.

The location was great, right near the tram line. Staff were very friendly and gave great restaurant recommendation. Our room was very clean.

The bathroom was a little small and breakfast was okay.

Self check in is really not user friendly and there is only one computer if you wanna go with the old fashioned way which creates queues.

It’s very modern. Breakfast was very nice. The location it’s a plus, right in front of a tram and bus stations, but also good parking spots

Brand new and pristine.

Check-in is automated but had 2 members of staff assisting; can't understand why we couldn't just have them check us in. We also had to input many personal details already given to the hotel before arriving, waste of time.

Good hotel in a good location with convenient tram link to the centre outside the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and all facilities worked well. Convenient and easy parking. Does all the basics very well.
