The location is good.

No gym and breakfast has very few selection.

Everything except breakfast was perfect. Next time the hotel Will be my choice again.

For a hotel of such standard the breakfast was very poor- no saussage, bacon, no vegetables(except large pieces of a cucimber, no salads, no fish, no veggie choice, no fresh juice.....) with everything else being absolutely perfect I expected larger selection.

Clean, nice hotel, good breakfast, close to the train station and city center.

I really like the property. First of all, it’s located in the city center, so everything we needed was close by: the Christmas market, great restaurants, and grocery stores. Parking is available right under the hotel in an underground garage where there are plenty of spots. It’s intuitive to navigate, so you can get to the hotel easily, and the staff also sends you instructions. It was super easy to reach the reception. The parking is paid, but not expensive at all.What’s more, the hotel accepts pets, which was very important to us. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are really comfortable and look great.

The air conditioning was not working properly so the room was extremely stuffy and hot, even though I travelled at a colder time of year

Breakfast was quite good and tasty, with very good coffee, though not as good or variable like breakfasts in hotels in Poland

A fridge in the room would be useful, otherwise very comfortable.

Same breakfast not even one dish change for breakfast. Atleast 1 free water bottle should be provided during check in. Rooms should be cleaned atleast 2 days once, they currently clean only once for check in.

Clear rooms and entire hotel. The breakfast was good.

Daily room cleaning service was not available. I had to get new/ clean towels and throw trash , so had to go to reception for towels and trash too. Not a good idea.

Modern hotel, room and facilities are spotless clean. Good room setup. You can work at the table but there is also a more cozy armchair facing the TV. Rooms seem to be very well isolated, bed was great.

There were plenty of options for the breakfast. The location was in the center with good access to public transport.

I think another coffee machine could help a lot. There were big queues for coffee during breakfast on Sunday.

The best hotel in Bochum…

Unfortunately even being the best hotel in my opinion, it still has a poor breakfast without creativity or variation… since end of last year they keep serving the same…
