Excellent breakfast, friendly & courteous staff, all English speakers.

I missed a laptop lap table. They may work more comfortable.

Location was perfect for our requirements. Great value.

When I arrived in, it was a very posh hotel. Then I met Andela who made me feel so at home. It's a five star hotel for the price of 3 stars. Massive thank you to the Hungarian guy and Andela! The rooms were perfect, I would recommend it to anyone

The hotel suited my needs for this visit. The beds are comfortable. The garden is a nice place to sit on a warm day but needs more chairs.

The carpet on the stairs to my room and inside my room had what looked like dried sick on it. The room was always too hot and being on my own for the first part of my stay and on the ground floor did not feel comfortable sleeping with the windows wide open.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Bar and parking garage are convenient, even thought they a bit expensive. Location is very convenient.

Rooms were a bit too warm and there wasn't a way to change the temperature. Hotel Staff though nice and polite were a bit slow at doing their job.

Breakfast was very good! There was a large offering of choice.

The rooms were very hot and there was no way of turning down the heat. I had the choice between sleeping with open windows (not very nice because my room was above the entrance and people smoked there) or sleeping without blankets because it was too warm. All my friends in other rooms had the same problem.

Short way to walk to the center. Secure parking for 10€ per day. Friendly staff. The room was clean.

The room was way too warm for sleeping, and because of the laud street, it was almost impossible to sleep with the window open.

The bar facilities were very minimal

Furniture in the room is quite outdated. Breakfast though was good, there was only one working coffee machine in the breakfast area, so there were long waiting lines and in the end there were no cups left - even after I asked for this, staff didn’t bring them in. Staff on the reception speaks only broken English.There were also hair on the carpet on the floor of the room. For the price of 100 eur/night this is absolutely not expected quality

We had a full apartment, sitting room and bed room. Well heated. God brakefast.

Large room and well equipped. Much more than expected for the price. Breakfast was good.

The room was close to the reception. There was some noise starting at about 5 a.m. However, this maybe a reason why the room was really cheap and still value for money.

Friendly staff, 10 min walk from U-Bahn station, cozy & warm, hot water

Restaurant wasn’t open that day. Some rooms look a little more “used” than others. They changed me to room less used.

Convenient and located at the main place to commute. Instructions pasted in room walls to avoid cleaning and save natural resources. Little kitchen and fridge was useful.

Room's facility can be much more improved, No power socket in workplace/desk to plug laptop charger. The workplace desk lamp didn't work.

Two bedrooms instead of two beds in one room.

Not being able to lock doors from inside. Very unfriendly restaurant staff. Squeaky sofa bed (very noisy when you turned in bed)

Rooms were ideal for two people and self catering if needed for breakfast, location was ideal as we had the dog with us as well. Garden area to sit in and enjoy a beer whilst the dog could relax safely as it was enclosed, large grass area 5 minutes walk from the hotel by the museum. Sort walk to get into town if you wanted to venture further afield for food or to see the city.

Car park under ground really tight for parking plus you have to pay 10 Euro, we managed to park at the rear of the hotel through the secure gates as going under ground with a roof box and bike rack, was not a good idea. Overall happy to pay the fee to ensure my Vechicle was secure and safe during the night.

Clean, comfortable and a lot of space

The staff was extremely helpful. The registration process was quick and straightforward. They helped us with everything we asked for and made everything possible for us to feel comfortable.

The room had all the needed facilities but they were a bit worn out.
