Breakfast spead is OK.

We ordered Mutton biryani for lunch, the meat was not fully cooked. The staff had not charged for that item but still it's a Negative reputation

Room was good. Amenities were well-stocked. Food was excellent.

The kitchen and dining room management is somewhat chaotic.

Good location, very active and pleasant staff, good food.

The location was central to Hospete, 1km radius of the shopping district and 30mins drive to Hampi.The Executive room was huge, with 2 TVs, 1 main bathroom and 1 separate WC.The regular lunch and dinner was good in taste.

Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. The bakery items were too dry to consume.The Christmas eve dinner was charged at 3000 plus taxes and the food was a 3 on 10 - i.e. very bad. The taste was poor, the Veg starters had no taste, all the food was cold. We didn't even attempt to take a second helping.The executive suit was not clean, we spotted cockroach and spiders

Nothing and a worst experience.

The owner and staff were playing with me. They had enough booking and they don't value booking.com at all. They said it is just booking portal and they decide how they allot rooms. They had enough and more booking for the day and simply ignored my bookin

The hotel location was excellent with very nice and gentle staff. Our stay was very comfortable.

Small renovation in the bathroom requires upgradation

It was closer to Hampi.

There was no A/C. In the common area. Children were running all over the place.

Great front desk manager and upgraded room and welcome amenities.

Older hotel and dated fitness center

Great location. friendly and courteous staff, excellent dining and cuisine.

Poor maintenance. Gym not kept in good condition, TV in room wasn’t working, and problems with key card.

Liked the room and hospitality. Also the vicinity to locations.

Disappointing reception at royal orchid Keerthi Hampi

The reception was rude. Before even unloading the luggage they asked for full payment. We paid full payment in cash but they refused to give receipt. they said we will give it to you when you check out.While checking out the reception person told us that 15k of your total hotel bill is outstanding which was not true. We had an argument with him and then he realised that every money was paid at the time of check in only.

Well maintained property. Excellent staff. Dinner and breakfast was superb. Authentic South Indian breakfast.

The staff was courteous and always willing to help even though they were running packed. We were given room 1 hour before check in time without a fuss. The rooms have been renovated and are currently in good condition.

The bakery items in the breakfast needed to be of better quality. Probably add additional temp staff during peak season to attend to hotel guests needs faster.

Stayed for one night and really loved it. The staff was very nice and hotel was clean.

Keshvrajji played beautiful songs on flute at the time of breakfast which was an amazing experience.

Food was not that great.They need to improve on it and add more local cousins in menu.

Perfect Location, ample parking, amazing swimming pool.The room was extremely good. Super spacious, excellently designed.Bathroom, along with dressing area is big and wonderful.Staffs (both the hotel and restaurant) are very hospitable.Right form the lobby to restaurant to all the common areas are beautifully designed.Food in the restaurant is very tasty. Breakfast buffet has a great spread and everything was yummy.

Rest room in the common area was stinking. Needs regular flushing as there is no manual or auto flush.Tap and flush in one of the bathrooms weren't working well. Probably all of these need regular checks and maintenance to ensure smoother experience to the guests.The restaurant menu needs to be a bit elaborative. Very limited options for lunch and dinner.Game room was useless as the ps4 wasn't working.Wifi wasn't working most of the times.
