- The check in was quick and took just 5 mins. The room was neat and clean and as show in the website at the time of booking. The staff were responsive and also provided me breakfast at 7:30 am even though the restaurant was opening at 8:00 am

- 1.Toilet was stinking.2. Hot water was a mess.3.Food was costly as per the status of the hotel.4.Television was just a show as none of the channels were visible.5. The morning complimentary breakfast was served after 8.25 am only. 6. Breakfast spread was very poor.The owners and managers need to work on these points.

It is a nice stay at the heart of City. Hotel is clean, Rooms are up to the mark with facilities and there is stay arrangement for accompanying driver too. Staff is punctual and cooperative.

Neat and tidy rooms, at par with those in good hotels in bigger cities. Good facilities for short stay. Reasonably priced. Very courteous and helpful staff. Totally worth the extra money that you might pay compared to lodges in Sangli city.
Breakfast was very basic, without much variety. Couldn’t have expected a buffet for a location with less visitors, but live counters would have been good to have - maybe dosas and omelettes.Kids’ TV channels weren’t part of the D2H subscription.
