Royal Suites Condotel

The hotel staff, especially front desk ladies. They are so kind and courteous

The light in the bathroom is dim. Not enough light to see well, especially over the sink.

Our stay at the Royal Suites was great. The room was both spacious and clean. I appreciated the strong hot shower! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good too. I would truly come back.

No, not really, everything was great.

Breakfast, quality of food, well trained & attentive staff, clean environment

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Pheobe and Dianne demonstrated excellent customer service. All meals in the restaurant tasted good & all interactions with the staff exceeded expectations.

The whole facility was exceptionally clean. The restaurant food was very good. The bedding & beds were great. The rooms are big & the shower was powerful & hot!It was very safe. We had a truck full of bikes, etc. It was untouched when we came out the next day.

It was old with old decor.

Clean room good staff comfortable room but the problem I Pay for My dad free meals at the morning but they said. It's not Free, but it's not big deal there's a lot near. Cafeteria and restaurant around.the area. . "

The staff- they were all very friendly and accommodating. You would be greeted every time and they are very helpful with your queries. I also love that their restaurant served good food and coffee. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!

Very good hotel staff

Room had no windows and no external ventilation. When i entered, the wax they applied in the bathroom floor was very overpowering. The hotel staff were very nice though so i still had a good stay.

The bed was supper 1night is not enough I want more .

The lobby has a lot of things it's not nice for me for me it's not tiddy for a hotel

Very centrally located but rooms were very comfortable and the staff always willing and happy to help. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fact that refreshing cold water was available to guests whenever we needed..We ate in their restaurant a number of times and the food (traditional favorites) was tasty and served with a smile. Thank you Condotel for a wonderful stay

Good thing there was parking. Great breakfast

Room had no window

Everything went well starting from the front desk who was very welcoming and accommodating, elevator was so clean and smells good, family room (bed, pillows, bathroom) was very spacious, neat and organized. We only stayed for one night but so far that was one of the best hotels in our one month vacation here in the Philippines.

All of the employees at the hotel were very helpfully and extremely kind. Everyone greeted us when we would come in or leave the hotel. They are very welcoming.

We finished up staying 6 nights due to flight problems. Outstanding stay. Excellent food, great staff.Wonderful Christmas display .

Its always the staff, very welcoming and accommodating

Feedback - there's opportunity for improvement i.e. facilities, bed, pillow. The hotel needs an upgrade

Location, food and friendly staff

Amazing staff as always

it's our second time with them. when we went to Kalibo Dec 28, 2019, a supertyphoon just struck the province, power was out, the Hotel that was to accommodate us was without power. luckily, Royal suites which was walking distance have their own generator and was more than willing to accommodate my family (4 of us).. . . that is why, everytime we visit my mom's province, we will most likely always stay with this hotel.

nothing in particular, it's walking distance to the cathedral, town plaza, and a trike ride away to the main dept store.

staff, accessibility, wifi, food, service

no laundry at the hotel we still have to find one

The room is excellent to its size and facility, foods are okay. staffs are very friendly and accomodating.

The unwanted smell that comes from the CR, its clean althogh, its just dont know where the smells comes from.

Still the best value and the best hotel in Kalibo so far. I was there 2016 for the first time and there was not alot changes, still a very good value. Breakfast/Restaurant is very good as well.
