Pros +
- Clean, spacious room
- Very helpful and warm-welcoming staff. The location isn't centrally located, but it's near the airport. 7/11 convenience store in front of the hotel is a plus!
- The cleanliness & parking space.
Cons -
- Weak WiFi. They don't allow swimming when we were there.
- The WiFi signal in the old building (triple rooms) was very weak. I had a problem with my remote work due to that.
- Given the rate of the rooms, we were expecting that they have a mini fridge & complete stuff (e.g. tooth brush/paste) also.

The staff were very attentive, professional, and friendly. The food at the restaurant(s) was excellent and freshly prepared with ample choices, and the restaurant locations were convenient for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Additionally, there is a salon/spa with many services from massages to beauty treatments. All these conveniences at very reasonable prices. We highly recommend this property for business or pleasure.
The very excellent customer service
The room needed a little bit more cleaning and we can hear the people from the swimming pool area very loud
Rooms need to be properly cleaned up, and the hotel needs pesticides check up. Mosquitos, bed bugs, and spiders everywhere.
Adjacent to 7/11. Easy commute to town and tricycle available at all times. Restaurant were well air-conditioned and clean.Latte restaurant have strong wifi connection. Water boiler is available. Early check in
Unstable wifi requiring us to call deskto reboot devices and obtain passwords.mosquitoes inside the room water stain on shower head and fixtures. Stench from drain. TV needs to be updated. Receptionist told us to obtain drinking water from a water dispenser outside the room when bottled water were supposed to be provided upon request. Constant phishing email from marzon hotel requiring us to enter credit card to verify what is already a confirmed booking from booking.com. no microwave in the room
Cleanliness and friendly staff
Facilities. Our door knob was broken. Lights in our room were dim.
Reception / front desk and other personnel were very kind and would greet you in the hallways.
No sofa / couch unlike what was shown in the photo. No mats outside shower room for feet to avoid wet foot around the room, and to prevent dirt spreading. Also room service tried to knock and after 4 secs, tried to go inside (our room was unlocked at that time). Hopefully they will know which rooms are occupied next time.
Very basic room and very dated furniture. Needs a complete upgrade.
