GQ Plaza

Cleanliness

Everything I like about the hotel the only thing that could have made it perfect if the room has a window. I don’t mind that the room was small, it feels claustrophobic when there’s not a single window in the room. Thanks!

Window less room.

Convenience of the area

The room had ants and the lighting was not sufficient for the room

Accessible to church and downtown kalibo

No closet

Friendly staff and overall a good place for the price

We weren't able to use the roof deck because of an event. If we wanted to order a drink or food, we had to go elsewhere. Due to the roof deck event, they weren't willing to accommodate hotel customers. I had wanted to drink my coffee up there the following morning and was told that it wasnt open yet.

Location. It was across from the town plaza and walkable to shops, restaurants, banks, cafes.

The room and the toilets are clean, the ACU was decent. The room came with a balcony, for an additional fee. Overall the place is nice and centrally located

The breakfast could have been included in the meals; the service was superb.

Clean room, nice shower area, good staff, excellent location

Small bed maybe, lil bit of uncomfortable for two.

Location is excellent, nice balcony overlooking the plaza. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed

The receptionist said it would have been cheaper if I didn't book online

Very good breakfast. TV and internet working ok.

Rooms are quite small. If you are sensitive to street noise, avoid the front rooms, get 03 or 05 instead. The bar fridge needs repair, and staff could benefit from training on drinks culture.

Relatively close to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had to travel fairly far to find vacation things to do.

The breakfast was good and reasonable price. The staff were very accomodating. The place is clean.

I suggest there should be a brighter lightings coz its quite dim.

Staff are helpful and friendly.Location is excellent close to all you require.Very clean.Exceptional large clean bathroom.Fast lift.Comfy bed.

The lighting was inadequate so a bit dark.No refrigerator.Room very small.Only one chair for 2 people. Not enough hooks for hanging items.TV location is an obstacle when exiting room, can bump your head on corner of TV if not careful.Rooms on lower floor are windowless..This should be stated in the room facilities as I would not have accepted a room with out a windowBetter use could be made by shelving between edge of bed and wall, between table and wall.

It's convenient for us and my family, GQ PLAZA is a nice hotel. Staff are always very nice and helpful.

The only thing I wish is for the sink to be a little bit bigger.

Cozy, clean, good range of accessories provided eg hair dryer, hangers, kettle.

Double bed is more like a super single size, uncomfortable for 2 persons.Room is a little dim. One more ceiling light will be good.

Very clean room and beddings, staff all ok

Towels are old, no longer white. My room has no window.

Great stay even for just a night. Location is great and ambiance was really good. Rate is fair for its amenities and we'll definitely return for another stay.

We arrived quite late and sadly there were no staff to assist us on our luggage.

Lovely apartment, had basically everything we needed. Loved that drinking water was provided. Air conditioning was a life saver and the host was really helpful and answered my incessant questions in a good time frame. Signed up to gym at Savoy for the duration of the stay and you can use pool and other facilities there as it's a 3 min walk.

Pool wasn't working at Cluster D, but looked nice. Can use pool at other clusters but Savoy was so close and had a pool bar, so barely used it. Difficult to get an e trike sometimes due to distance from front beach, would have preferred if there was better communication between clusters and security at front gate to order E Trikes for easy transport as the hop on hop off bus was infrequent and could do with a tracking system or app etc... But most of these issues are not the fault of the owner, just general comments of ease of use

Cleanliness , proximity to restaurants , groceries , church , city proper , transportation

Maybe a little colder AC
