The staff ungraded me to a top floor room with a roof garden and jacuzzi, the breakfast was very good and the reception staff were helpful and friendly
We really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. It’s close to everything and it’s walkable to where the boats will pick you up for the floating marketsHighly recommend to book one of the VIP rooms, very spacious and having the balcony was a treat
our receptionist , My, was sooo helpful. she helped us organise our laundry for same day return, booked out onward bus tickets and we even got an upgraded room which was fabulous value.

Although the designs of the rooms are outdated but the friendly staff and the closeness to all the main attractions is perfect. I would stay here again next time I'm in Can Tho.

no shower gel and tiny soap in the bathroom. no dining room, no lobby. breakfast served in a dark tiny kitchen.
Great location, security very friendly, staff speak English and were very helpful, very small terrace for one person, good aircon.
Didn't get a hot shower for the 2 nights I stayed, the notice said it was solar and to wait but it stayed cold. When you've been on your feet all day all you want is a hot wash! Black mould in shower, extractor fan falling off the wall too.The mattresses were very firm and the pillows lumpy.

Some of the fixtures and fittings feel a bit thrown together.It's a bit further out from the riverfront than a lot of places. This isn't a big issue although the walk along the road to the river isn't particularly pleasant.
Good location. Got a free upgrade on the room which was nice. There was an issue with the plug that they fixed straight away. We had had an issue with some lost Laundry at a previous hotel, which the receptionist here went above and beyond to help us sort. The tour to the floating market with the hotel contact, Hai, is really worth the money- he’s local with really good knowledge, English and enthusiasm. The tour gives you a really good local perspective compared to what I’ve heard about some of the others. The tour included snacks and drinks from the market as well- we practically ate our weight in local fruits.
