Riverside 1 Hotel

Friendly and helpful stuff, Gave us a new room when we reported ants in the current one

Ants at the walls and in the beds in the first room, got another room at the same floor which was at least less affected by ants .. but still not clean

Great value clean and friendly staffs

The buffet was GOOD and variety to choose too. The room was large and clean.

They allowed people to smoke in the hallway. Its should be in the designated smoking area only. “OUTSIDE”!!!!!!

Location and prices

No windows

Lifts worked well. Some staff were helpful while others had no English and appeared a bit confused about basic things

Good that breakfast included in the rate but it was pure luck to get much variety of good. I arrived one morning where there was not even a space on a table to sit out any coffee in the pot. Told to wait 5-10 minutes for food. The previous morning came to find plenty of space but virtually no food and was lucky to scrap together a meal… fortunately there were bread rolls left!

Nothing more

Bathroom, noise, cleanliness, staff not able to understand anything, no windows, no day light

Close to the river

A little away from cafes and stores, need a motor bike Breakfast was minimal and mostly Vietnamese food

Friendly staff, great and versatile Vietnamese breakfast. Good (ice)coffee and interesting options for breakfast as westerners. Hassle free instructions and check-in. Clean and comfy bed.

Little bit far way from the center but it’s actually quite nice evening walk to get back :)

Helpful and nice staff, great location, comfortable facilities, and reasonable price.

Only one thing that disturbs you sleep well at night: noisy music from karaoke nearby.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

There was no window in the room, the breakfast was not very interesting and the location was not really great

Only the girl at reception was outstanding as far as customer service goes.

Breakfast was for Vietnamese and we were keen for fresh juice (not made up from a packet or bottle), fruit, yoghurt and maybe toast and jam, but there was none of that. The air conditioner in the room points straight to ones face lying down so we both had dry and slightly sore throats in the morning.

Surpass my expectation. The room was exceptionally clean and nice. Doesnt looks like usual 3 stars hotel. More like 3.5stars. The breakfast was great as well.

They do not have a smoking room. Beneficial to those non smokers. But cons for being a smokers.

A quiet but convenient location to get around town. A good breakfast was included with our hotel stay at a fair price. Super friendly and helpful hotel staff members. We will be back to this hotel for our next trip for sure.

We had nothing to complain about this hotel .

It’s was clean and staff was helpful.

The breakfast was not good. Food needs improvement. Toiletries amenities are not good. Shampoo, conditioner, and towels are subpar. I found a dead cockroach in my room on last day of stay.

Large room with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was rather Vietnamese.

Location, cleanliness.

The breakfast was inconsistent and very limited.

Great location as its name states RiversideClean comfortable modernist style Aircon and shower were greatStaff super friendly and helpful regardless of slight language barrierTours easily recommend

Great value on Genius 3, and also summer season. It's 5 mins from the center but it's only a quick GRAB ride away!

Nice and clean room location near good restaurant and good food

Hotel new, clean, near night eating places and children's groundplays. Hotel's taffs friendly and caring. Specially breakfast with optimal dishes. What a wonderful hotel! Will go back in the future ❤️
