Pros +
- the breakfast is the same everyday
- I like the location. It's central. It's near all the best cafes and restaurants.
- Staff are friendly and good location. The room are a good size and bed is comfortable.
Cons -
- The room was not clean. My bathroom is so dirty, it was not clean everyday. The wall in the bathroom was yellow due to dirt. Wastes on the floor from the date I came until left still on that place.
- I don't like the setup of the room. There is no privacy for the 4 people room. The bed cover, blanket, and pillows have visible stains. The staff did not help with luggage and not guide us to room. The toilet is too tiny.
- The Wi-Fi was not good. It would cut in and out so no chance of working on the laptop at the hotel.

Breakfast was included but when we got there, there was nothing left to eat. They ran out of bread and everything else.
The room is clean, staffs are helpful. They arranged a room with big window for me, that's a big appreciate.
price is a little bit higher than others, and hotel response from the website is quite slow.
The value and staff were excellent. Location was fantastic and so close to so many great restaurants. I highly recommend going to the BBQ and meeting Roy, the owner. SIX was very good too. Having Bok Choy for breakfast was so good and don't forget to ask for things you do not see like made to order eggs and Pho.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Thoai and the team for your hospitality.10/10 for the housekeeper uncle.

Location is good & the staff is very helpful, especially the reception that check me in. Give kudos to the house keeping staff that clean me room. He knows I like coffee & he willing to put extra 1 or 2 packet per day for me.
Nice new clean hotel, friendly staff, nice central but also quiet location!
Big and clean rooms. You can park your motorbike in their basement. Location is unbeatable , right off the main street in town.
They didn't have breakfast for the second day because of preparations for Tet holidays although they gave a discount in my bill when I did checkout.
If it’s clean enough it’ll be good.
