The house was well put together. Very pretty, especially the porch.

No insulation in the walls insulating the house from the local noise. That street particularly is very loud. Every night we were there the neighbors played death ing loud noise until one 1am/2am. There is also a small leak I'm the roof directly above the bed. I woke up to water dripping on my head.

The house is simple, but very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The location is great,within walking distance to restaurants, the port, the main square (to catch the bus), and with a supermarket next door. Katarina was very nice and attentive. I would recommend it for an affordable and comfortable stay in Bocas.

I found this place last minute and really appreciated that it was pet-friendly and had self check-in, which made everything super easy. The hosts were easy to contact via WhatsApp and responded quickly. There’s no AC, but the bedroom has a large, powerful fan, and there’s another in the shared living room area, so it stayed comfortable. I also appreciated the comfy seating at the dining table. The kitchen area was clean and well equipped.

Staff were amazing, attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. AC would have been nice, but was fine with the fan. Recommended!

The property met our expectations. Perfect location. The facility is clean and well-kept. Although in an old style, a bit like grandma's in the countryside. But that's how all of Bocas is. The host is very friendly and communicative. Staying in this place is a great pleasure.

Noisy surroundings, but that also has its charm and atmosphere. Barking dogs, crowing roosters, squawking parrots are ok, but sometimes the neighbors turn on their Caribbean-style disco. Not everyone likes it, but I noticed that it is like that all over the city and it is hard to blame the hosts. +++

The hotel is really close to restaurants, bars and water taxis. The room and beds were comfy and the bathroom has a great space, it has cold and hot water in the shower.

Cute accommodation and very well cared for. Kitchen had everything I needed, warm water was working without problems, room was big and clean. There was a little outside area with some chairs and a hammock, which I loved using. Also property ist quite secure - for the outside front door you need a number passcode.

- Very nice staff, that gave us some beer for free - good price and good location! - The common area is nice and the little terrace great to chill on a rainy (or overly sunny) day. - The beds were also big and comfy :)

- there's no AC and it's very hot at night in the bedrooms. - the shower was too tiny for us (1,92 cm) and had low water pressure.- there's a long term tenant who doesn't really want other people there. She didn't do anything, but was a bit unfriendly.

Big room with amazing hot shower! The owner is so friendly and do everithing he can for let enjoy your stay.

The location is nice, near center of the town, and it is convenient to go to the central city. Surrounding shops, restaurants, bars are plentiful, locals live. The room facilities are sufficient. The water pressure was small and not very warm.

A little bit too noisy neighborhood

Planned on staying one night but ended up extending every day for almost a week? Such a lovely little place in Bocas, and hosts were absolutely amazing?

Advantages: central location, trips to places like from a fairy tail, unforgettable atmosphere of the hotel - old Panamanian colonial atmosphere, delicious fruit, nice people, excellent hosts.

There are streets under renovation in all town, a bit noisy of neighborhood. Locals like to have fun :) but they are very nice and know when have to stop.

Thank you especially to the Hosts. Everything was fine. Perfect location, cleanliness and comfort, to tell you the truth at a level adequate to the price. I read the comments some people and I think that anyone who expects miracles for such a (really low) price must be detached from reality. Personally, I recommend it. Especially the help and reaction on our tasks of the hosts were the best level. I know, we are not easy guests, but ... thanks for your patience, it's something difficult for buying. There's always something to complain about. A few little things could be improved. I don't think it should affect the overall image. I left my feedback with the hosts. Their commitment and great heart for action is impressive.

We liked the easy acces, and the drinking water.The bathroom was clean, and had toilet paper.

The room wasnt clean, there were dust and cobwebs. Also dark dirt on the wall near the bed.The room had a sewerage smell. It was difficult to sleep in that smell.

Good and reasonably equipped kitchen

Brown and smelly water from all taps and the shower, room without proper windows to keep out mosquitoes, neighbours putting on super loud music starting at 5.30 amI highly recommend just staying outside bocas town to everyone

Nicely renovated wooden local house. Comfy beds, drinking water for guests( important as on the island can't drink tap water), very clean, equipped kitchen. Close to boats.

Due to road works on the island quite noisy from 6 a.m.- just be aware of that- anyway life in Panama starts early morning...mosquito net in the windows would be good idea.

Clean bedroom and specious

The window was broken and didn’t have the thing to prevent the mosquitoes to get inside and the bed mosquito net fell off, I couldn’t sleep because the mosquitos were in the room. Should definitely fix the window
