The room was okay. Pretty quiet and clean

I understand but no staff couldnt speak any English. The restaurant was nice and had entertainment but the whole menu was in Thai. I had no idea what they offered! And if you wanted spirits, could only buy by the bottle!

the room is clear and clean. there are many windows and a terrace so sunlight can make the room bright and clear all daytime. the WIFI, tv, refrigerator and air-conditioner is well-functioning. also, there is a desk that support working or even eating. power outlets can be found all around the room as well as bathroom zone.

location is too far from main roads. no shower curtain in the bathroom to segregate wet zone from dry zone.

We had dinner one night in the hotel. It was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. The soi was small and the hotel was a bit hard to find the first time, but the hotel itself was very nice and modern.

Excellent in overall but the beds could be better. The mattress was so hard and it's uncomfortable for both of us. The size of the room is good and also clean.

It is ridiculous this property claims to be a 5 star. There are virtually NO facilities. You get a room, a staffed reception area (poor English) and a cafe which is CLOSED apart for breakfast. Since there is not many decent restaurant choices nearby on foot this is a problem.THIS IS A BED & BREAKFAST ONLY, or a 2 STAR PROPERTY. If they opened the cafe then they could call themselves a 3 star property. Also cleanliness isnt that good. Lots of litter in the corridor not picked up in the 3 days I was there, the room was dusty and carpet not vacuumed well. No English tv channels, only one staff member spoke reasonable English. The place isnt bad but they are being dishonest saying it is 5 star.

Comfortable room, Quite clean and without outside noise. The location is meet my expectations and convenient with a lot of parking.

The night shift staff didn't know much about accommodation conditions and terms as well as without service mind. The morning shift staff also without greeting, no interest for guests, they see the guest like ether. Should not be a 5-star hotel. Hotel facilities may be 3 stars, but service is not considered a star. If not expecting a good service mind from staff Just coming to find a somewhere to sleep is okay. But if there is expectation of good service suggest to find somewhere else.

(1) The parking facilities are excellent. (2) The front of house staff are very friendly. (3) The cleanliness is really excellent. (4) The security system is truly 5 star. (5) Room comfort outstanding. (6) I stayed in room 601. Very quiet and a great nights sleep. (7) Instant coffee facilities in the room. (No tea) (8) Soft towels. (9) Unique design of the room. (10) Good shower water pressure. (11) The best pillows I have ever slept on. (12) Bath robes and a room safe provided.

(1) The fridge was useless. I put in 6 small cans of beer and even after 24 hours mildly cool. (2) When I entered the room there was a half bottle of water from the previous guest in the fridge no fresh water. (3) The TV had some amazing channels showing movies etc. But, nothing in English. (4) The fridge was so bad at cooling things that, I went to reception and asked for some ice. My answer, not have ice. (5) They had a Bistro / Caf opposite reception. Brand new fully operational except, the furniture was in its original plastic covers and the counter area was not stocked. Apart from that it was fully operational. But, Closed. (6) There was also a door opposite reception leading to a garden area but yet, no furniture. (7) If you don't have your own transportation at this location, you will feel pretty isolated.

Bed is too hard to sleep. It is the most hardest mattress of any hotels i used to stay in my entire life. I cant sleep at all.
