Xen Hotel Nakhon Pathom - SHA PLUS

Staff is well support for my pre-request. Restaurant's outside area is open air and early morning temperature is quite good. (we can't sit inside due to hotel reserve for group tour).

I booked 2 rooms/ The single bed room is my parent stay. they inform me that had bad smell from toilet after we checkout. Television is difficult to open for elder. Not variety of breakfast (should not expect). Restaurant staff are quite fierce and too talkative rather than their services.

Good, modern, clean hotel with a lot of amenities on request. Good breakfast. Easy trip to Don Mueang Airport.Fairly quiet provincial town.

A little far from restaurants and the big temple, but next door to a C-store for supplies.

Location and it staff!

Not as clean as shown in the picture, the bathroom has water damage in the ceiling, no hand towels.

It’s in a good location with a nice surrounding area, close to many food options, and the price range is reasonable.

The room facilities are not in proper condition:•The water heater is not working.•The water flow is slow, as if the water pump is not functioning properly.•The floor tiles are damaged and feel unstable when walking.•The doorbell outside the room is not working.Please help check and fix these issues

The staff was friendly. Wifi is good.

The mattress was the worst from all the hotels I had ever stayed in. I can feel the coil spring right on my back. The extra bed was even worse, hard as rock and no support at all.

The room is very big and clean.The location is convenient, located in the city center. Hotel staff are very kind and nice.

Air compressor in the room(small room) is noisy.

Air conditioning very noisy, this is the second room I've experienced this. Cleaning/servicing needed.

The room is very big and clean. Air-condition is super cold. The restaurant offers variety of foods.

Stay at the hotel several times. In room 718 or 719 or 619. Window facing the main road and into open spaces. Can open the window curtains all the times. This trip was offered room 611. Facing a block of apartments. Have to keep curtains closed all days. Likely won't chose Xen on my next trip.

The service staff were welcoming, always treated myself and my mum with respect and were always happy to help with any enquiries we had. Although we did not speak Thai the communication was not an issue! Would recommend to anyone, it’s close to the central mall in Nakhon Pathom and close to enough to the central plaza. Also, a great coffee shop near the lobby with great customer service, with the hotel restaurant across from it bonus the 7/11 straight across the road!

That my stay ended, there was nothing I could fault my stay with Xen hotel.

No connect room

Most of the staf was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space at breakfast and the rooms are quite spacious. The location is quite good actually. It's right in the middle of the great pagoda on one hand and the new Central Nakhon Pathom shopping mall on the other hand. Both easily to reach via Grab. There is a Cafe Amazon bar at the front of the hotel and a 7-eleven right opposite.

Some of the staff were however quite ignorant or were just (literally) doing nothing. It's as if they aren't used to guests (which is kind of explainable as Nakhon Pathom mostly has day tourists visiting). The overal state of the hotel is slowly dilapidated with stains inside the lift, paint coming off at places in the rooms and curtains which could use a wash. The shower got either very hot (did take a while though) or just plain cold. Using the TV asks something of your patience as it takes it's time loading channels. Breakfast lacked variety (every day exactly the same) and was a bit meagre in options. Coffee was only available as instant coffee. Not too bad, but you'd expect better of a hotel of this size.The worst thing however were the beds. They had a very strange mattress in which you could feel springs on the topside, so you were basically lying on a sort of metal. I do like firm beds, but this was more uncomfortable than lying in a tent on rocks. The cushions felt as if they had hardly any stuffing inside it.

Location is good. Easy to buy Amazon coffee.7-11 is very near.Breakfast is better than other hotel near by.

Tile floor in the room seem to be time to renovate.

Foods, transport and environment are good.

Location

The room that I stayed (419) very close to the street. The windows are not the sound proved. So, we heard the sound of vehicles all night. For the people who are difficult to sleep like me, this is make the bad night for you.

Free parking. Café Amazon is in front of the hotel. 7/11 is nearby. Friendly staff.

Noisy hallway. Small towels are not offered to a standard room without asking.

Overall room size was good as we had a lot a baggage with us.Parking was good - either underground or on-site next to hotel.

Proper coffee making machine at breakfast is needed not coffee in sachets. Every morning we bought from Amazon Coffee nearby.Not clear about whether there is a buffet or standard menu breakfast. Also after 0900 not a lot of food is left.

Bad

They installed hot coil of air conditioning unit inside the sleeping room with noisy and high vibration. My wife and daughter can’t sleep over night. I pay with high price for mini suit room but I am very disappointed.

Good location, Cafe Amazon on the 1st Fl. ,7eleven opposite the hotel

On the 1 st Fl. of fire exit has a big metal stand obstructing the stair way to exit. I had told the staff about the problem but the staff ignore the safety especially the Fire Exit!!!! The big metal stand was obstructing the fire exit for 5 days that I stayed and probably still be there. They know the rule "Safty First" ,don't they? (Unacceptable) Moreover the light bulb in the room out of order 1 bulb.(acceptable)
