Everything was better than expected for a regional hotel. In fact, the facilities are 5 star at a great price.The pool is so good, perfect for either relaxing or lap swimming. And the steam room is great!The value is exceptional.and I will be staying here again and again.

The breakfast variety was little short on expectation, but still very adequate.

I signed up for a Thai oil massage at the spa, which was a big scam... Avoid it as they lack professionalism.

The staff were amazing. Got a birthfday card from the General manager and a full sized cake from the staff later. I had to return/share more than half the cake because it was too much for me. Not only because it was my birthday, but the staff were amazing in general. Good english, polite, helpful.

The pool closed earlier than expected. The hallway smelled funky. The rooftop restaurant was so so. Amazing view and ambience but seating and management could do better. It took us a minute to find the rooftop restaurant.

Great rooms and pool. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The gym equipment was good, but a little old.

The staff was wonderful. The food was good.

The location was not great; on a busy highway with an unappealing 15 min walk to anywhere, The hotel looked quite grand but was showing signs of age and faded glory. There were renovations happening that were mildly inconvenient (the coffee shop and sky bar were closed).

The location is excellent for exploring the city's attractions. Additionally, while the hotel may have an old appearance, it is impeccably maintained and exudes a charming vintage aesthetic.

The car park was consistently full due to the event during my stay, which made it essential to establish a clear separation between in-house guests and conference room attendees. The distance and darkness of the car park made me feel unsafe, and it’s important to ensure guests feel secure during their visit.

Nice hotel with nice staff.Location is not amazing. breakfast was ok (mostly Thai food but all hotels are like that)Beer and food were a little expensive.The rooftop is amazing!

Beautifuly design and built to high standard.

Rather awkward location on the wrong side of large road that it's impossible to walk over. Grab taxis provide a cheap solution.

It's everything you would want from a good hotel..the staff were above expectations very pleasant and helpful

Unfortunately the hotel situated in the middle of nowhere and to get to the local shop you need a taxi.

Nice hotel architecture, convenient location, good and clean rooms with beautiful views on both sides, delicious Chinese restaurant.

The breakfast could propose more live stations.

It was a beautiful property. There’s statues and are galore! Beautiful carpets and tapestries everywhere! The staff are phenomenal!

The bed was very hard

The breakfast selection is excellent as well as the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The location given that there are no shuttle bus going to the city center is quite unlikeable. The water pressure in the toilet and bathroom is also not good.

Found the beds a little hard for my liking. Food in the restaurant was excellent taste wise, but our evening meal was very poorly served, out of 5 orders 3 were completely wrong, 2 items for which orders were taken turned out after 30 minute wait to be out of stock. 4th item came after 3 of our group had already left and returned to their rooms. Then the bill was incorrect with items being double charged.

LOVING THE VIEW OF THE SKY BAR. IT IS A VERY COMFORTING PLACE TO CHILL AND HAVE A BEER OR TWO. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. MET SEVEN (CHAUFFEUR), CHANACHAI (WAITER), JUNER (MANAGER). SPECIALLY VERY THANKFUL TO SEVEN BECAUSE HE SHOWED US AND INTRODUCED US TO LOTS OF EXCELLENT LOCAL FOOD. HE WAS VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. THANK YOU

The facility itself was lovely and the rooms spacious.

The staff was inexperienced and had trouble with billing but it all worked out. Staffing is an industry issue. I think the start of the low season won't help gain experience.

It is a comfortable hotel

The swimming pool is not well maintained with rusty metalwork which needs urgent attention. The safe in my room did not work. Much more focus needs to be place on maintaining the facilities. The staff in the rooftop bar need to be trained better too.

The lobby is beautiful!! Very 1920's. Loved it. Could imagine people coming up to grand entrance in their cars and the bell boys getting their luggage onto the trolleys. Piano music playing in background, very calming.

It is on other side of the highway from the shops but we got a taxi over a few times.
