The staff are friendly and try to be helpful

The building needs a complete renovation. Our sink leaked on the floor. Our door lock worked every 4th try. Roaches in the bathroom. Restaurant was closed for renovation. Pool was a filthy disgusting mess.

Good location, staff is very polite and friendly

Poor design of the bathtub and drainage. Water overflowed all over the floor that could cause serious accident to the guests like falling and electrical shock.

If you love a view, this is for you. The riverside deluxe room is an amazing view onto the river. for us this was great, and the dilapidation didn’t worry us. HOWEVER if you don’t like run down don’t stay here. it’s basically falling apart at the seams. the pool is a ridiculous pond. we walked into the room and the curtain fell down, the wallpaper is peeling, it rained overnight and the room is leaking. our children’s room had glue on the walls. just outside our room was an open vent to a mechanics room. and the bird house right next door. the staff are completely unhelpful- basically tell you to look in google maps. really, apart from the wonderful view it’s awful.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Nice corner room with great views. Staff were lovely. Nice outside restaurant next door.

Pool was open to the public - not that clean, small and no loungers. Restaurant hardly open. Outside noises (kareoke) was very loud and went on very late - hard up sleep.

The room was very clean with daily housekeeping.The location is good for markets restaurants and a short drive to the ferry terminal for Phu Quoc.Staff are helpful.

The pool area was neglected and unused with no seats or lounge chairs. This was disappointing as we booked the hotel because it has a pool.

The hotel was lovely, the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped us check in a bit early as we were travelling with a lot of luggage. They also helped us organise a taxi to go to a beautiful cave monastery in the outskirts of the town. Our room had a beautiful view of the river.

Well positioned overlooking the river. Room was clean and had what we needed. We enjoyed watching river activities and wandering around the town. Ate nearby where there was lots of choice.

Aircon does not seem to respond to the remote control. Floor tile has poping sound.

the Hotel is clean, fresh and located right in the center of the town.

- Guest's elevators are not in good condition so it need to be repaired- Most local people are using the speakers to attract the bird's nest around the hotel area. There are a lot of noises from the speakers came through to the room so it is not suitable for guests who want to stay at a quiet place.

Great location

The restaurant is closed and not provide service for lunch or dinner. The elevator is old and out off service for few times during my stay.

All staff are always smiling every time I pass by Front Desk. I have been returning several times and they recognize me. That's the reason why I keep coming back. They also upgraded my room as an appreciation for loyalty guest. Front Desk agents are outstanding. They are always willing to assist me in any request. That's amazing service for a not big hotel. And of course, I will be back soon.
