good location & friendly staff

some rooms have no real window & facing to the front street- we should have know this before booking

Proximity to Riverside. Big room. Coffee making facility. Good WiFi.

Bed was like a slab of concrete. The A/C couldn't cope with the size of the room, half was warm ,the other half cool. No sound proofing, river traffic of fishing boats passing at 4.30 am was like they were in the room. No advertised fridge.

Lovely guesthouse in a great location in the centre of Kampot. Near to some nice restaurants and on the river front. Staff are really friendly and helped organise a day tour / tuk tuk for us. Room was quite small but all we needed for a 3 night stay. Also there's a little roof terrace on the top floor - definitely go up there and watch sunset over the mountains in the distance.

Fantastic value for money. Clean comfortable rooms with AC, good shower and toilet facilities, a safe for valuables and complimentary water. The staff were very friendly and able to help arrange tours for good prices and answer all our questions. The guesthouse is located in a great spot in town close to many restaurants and the river front. I would absolutely stay again.

Not really a negative, but the mattress was very firm as tends to be the case in several Asian countries. There is no elevator so that may be a consideration for some as there are several flights of stairs to get to the upper levels.

Weve spent a long time there during the pandemic and then came back when the country reopened, and in both opportunities we had a great time there. All rooms are clean and confortabel, equipped with kettle, fridge, AC and hot shower. Good pillow and beds and some friendly staff and owners

the hotel was clean and location was super.

the bed , man it was so hard thank goodness I had 4 pillows I made a bed out of them and that was the only way I could sleep, not exaggerating the bed was like a rock.

Great location- handy to restaurants and tourist facilities, facing river - but still quiet, especially rooms to the rear of property

Everything was Great

Location.

I was charged twice for my stay. On arrival I paid with a hundred dollar bill for my stay and also for my taxi. I was told that I would get my change later as they didn't have enough for me at the moment. Later when I exited the room, a lady at reception gave me the correct change. She didn't give me a receipt. After two nights I was signing out from the guest house and there was a "man" at the reception asking me to pay for my stay. I told him I paid. Of course he asked for the receipt(or invoice as he wanted to call it) but as stated before, I was never given one. So this little guy started to act very hostile threatening me with his boss coming and police coming to get me and everything. So at the end this guy managed to frighten me to pay for the room again and I decided to wait till I exit the country to tell the truth about their operation. Two receptionist, two payments, no receipts. That's how the scam goes.

Twin Home guesthouse has the perfect location, right across for river, walking distance to anywhere.

There is nothing not to like!

Very clean with good bed, TV, shower and bathroom. Many restaurants and bars in the area. Good staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Wi-fi was very good. No ants or mosquitoes in my room.

There was some construction across the street but the noise wasn't bad in my room (1A).

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, smooth check in and out, right across the river. Would stay here again, thank you!

Rooms were smaller than expected, and the terrace had no view because its surrounded by high walls, and no furniture.
