- I liked the quaint old-world charm of the hotel. The flooring, furniture and fittings were of very high quality and the place had the aura of aristocracy.The members of staff were very polite and helpful and made sure that the stay was memorable. The Swimming Pool was clean and welcoming and the food was quite good.The Management should ensure that the beautiful Hotel is maintained in pristine condition.

- The property is not guest friendly. Bad management, poor maintenance, average food. Very uncomfortable beds.
- As there is quite some distance between the Dining Hall and the Rooms, each room could be provided with a small table and two chairs, so that guests could have a cup of tea or coffee in privacy. The rooms are a little small - so, it would be good to have a full-length mirror, with a small stand and appropriate lighting to make up for the absence of a Dressing Table. The steep climb to the Dining Hall and the Pool is a little putting off for the elderly and not-so-fit guests.The Hotel is located quite some distance from the heart of the city and adds to transportation timings.
- Language difficulties caused issues with service. Dinner took 40 minutes from ordering to food being delivered to the table.They had no beer ( other than bottles of 8% ABV !!) and only one bottle of white wine in the whole hotel.There was no top sheet on the bed just a bedspread so we had to track down the relevent staff to give us one and then make up the bed ourselves.Basically lots of little issues and frustrations added up to a below average stay.

not enough staff members as the hotel is new, didnt feel secure enough as not enough members present at the entry or at the reception. the main path/ road to enter the property is broken. might be better once the hotel construction is finished.
