Manager shyam was very helpful as he arranged all the tours in port blair. We never had any trouble as everything happened from time to time. Whatever we requested was attended to by Manager shyam. This trip will be memorable because of him.
Nothing was good about the property except that airport was hardly 5-10mins away from the property
The rooms were not clean at all. They provided used pillow cover, bed sheets and quilt cover. They were smelling of sweat, coconut oil and stained too. Upon informing the manager (Shyam) he was not willing to change the same, rather he behaved rudely saying that it can be changed only the next morning.
The room was near and clean staff was cooperative
It was nearby airport so on the day of departure you could easily reach the airport
They don’t have lift and we had rooms in third floor it was hard climbing the stairs upto 3rd floor.. They say they will give free toiletries but there was no toothbrush and toothpaste and there was no coffee powder also!!! Not upto the mark?

Location is very close to Airport. All tourist points are nearby. Vegaterian Restaurant (Pure Veg) is on walkable distance.Staff is co operative. Value for money.
The owner was so kind and helpful! We ordered together our food.Also he found us a tuk tuk to go to the airport

The staff was very polite and helpful, and the hotel was clean. The services were good and worth enough. Food quality was good too. Overall a good experience. A safe and good hotel for family.

Excellent upkeep of the room. Everything working fine and clean. All essentials like bed sheets, pillows and towels supplied were clean.
Absence of lift and 24/7 reception. Receptionist is available on call. They handle the luggage and therefore no issue for two floors climbing.
They charged for Breakfast . But they gave very bad breakfast . It was shocking to us
