NH REGENCY

Staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and had geyser of good quality, air condition worked perfectly. They have a dining room that you can use after ordering food from outside. The main road is walkable and you have plenty of options to eat, cellular jail, marina bay is walkable. The receptionist was very helpful, courteous and ensured our stay was comfortable. We had a room in the third floor. No lift is there. But since two of us could climb three stairs without any problem, it was not an issue for us.

The surroundings of the hotel is not clean. It is not the problem of the hotel, but people living around it. Its a bit unclean with civil debris, open drains etc. The hotel staff told me they have registered complaint with the authorities but the debris is not cleaned.

The location is easily accessible.The property owner is really helpful and given all the support n arrangements to visit Havelock n Neil island.Made our journey so easy n memorable with a very reasonable cost.Staff r very helpful throughout our stay!!

What I like about the hotel is located up the hill which give a very nice view from the hotelAnd the service is superb What's more intresting is that it's more like a 5 star hotel which reminds me of jw marriot Anyway overall it's a nice experience in hotel nh regency

What I didn't like is that during my stay there was a festival going on (ganesh puja) there was a lot of noise

The staff especially Rizwana was always there ready to help every time I needed. She helped me a lot to make my journey amazing. She is kind and very sweet person I ever met.Thank you so much for your great service Rizwana.❤️❤️❤️

Lock of Room no. 1 was broken,no tv was in my room nor cable connection in room no -3.

The room was small but staff is very helpful, also we were there for 1 day only. They helped us a lot for bookings and everything. It is at walkable distance from cellular Jail and beach. The bedsheet and washrooms were clean.

It is located at walkable distance from Aberdeen Bazaar. Good staff. Room is very clean. Reservation mgr-Ms Rizwana was friendly and helpful for arrangements on Ferry tickets, Bike rental and other queries. Family room is available and its value for the money for the budget stay.

Its very near to cellular jail and main city points so no need to book auto or cab you can visit all points by walking.

Very much noise from air conditioning unit outside part placed behind the wall in my bathroom. Also much noise from dripping water around window when it was raining, or from AC ?‍♂️ Behind bed between bed and wall it was lot shit. It seems it’s not been cleaned for a long time.

Very good location, clean, safe and quiet budget accommodation. People who run this place are amazing, very helpful and caring. Nothing is to much to arrange for you. I left some of my luggage when exploring other islands and also stayed here on my return.

As it’s in the centre of market, makes easy access for walking around. Cellular jail, Marine park is near by property around 1.5-2 km in distance. Many restaurants are also near by the property.

Staff was very cooperative and polite.

There should be lift facility in building, although we didn’t face much issue as staff was helpful in all matters. But could consider about lift as staff has to carry heavy luggage up and down three floors.

Cockroaches in room. AC not working. Frequent power cuts and delayed generator operation. Stinky bathroom. No window in bathroom

I had an exceptional stay at the NH Regency?! The service was top-notch, and Arif, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect✨. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our visit memorable?. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the location was very convenient☘️. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay?. Thanks to Arif and his team for such a wonderful experience – I’ll definitely be coming back?!
