Hotel Begoña Park

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff and nice breakfast.

The decor is a bit old, but well entertained.

Close walk to the park and sea.

There are no facilities (GYM, Swimming pool, sauna, …. in the hotel, room TV is very small. Noisy as the rooms are close to the dinning and terrace. There are no close by restaurants. It is just a place to stay. Parking are charged additional EUR 8 per night.

The decor was very unique. It was an "old fashioned" style with beautiful wood and marble. It was in a nice location for walking on the beach promenade.

One long pillow for the entire bed.

Property was lovely . Staff were very helpful when we lost our mobile phone , especially the English speaking male staff

Beautiful hotel in a great location across from the beach. It's in a lovely residential area with lots of green space nearby.

There is no kettle in the room. No bar. In the hotel, so nowhere to relax when you come back in the evening. Also, there are no bars nearby, so when you come back, you are straight into your room. As there are no balconies, you have to sit on your bed with the window open if you want to have a nightcap. There are no comfortable seating areas in the lobby, just hard chairs and tables. This makes it uncomfortable if you want to spend time outside of your room.

im on a biking holiday and need safe parking so i chose this hotel but on my arrival the front of house staff aren't very welcoming and i checked out a day early but wouldn't waver the cost of water from the mini bar or discount parking

Big bedroom and beautiful lobby.

Not very friendly and welcoming receptionist. The bedroom is very warm , airconditioning doesn't work ... makes alot of noise... didn't sleep good from it.

Hotel needs major upgrades. Bathrooms are very nice but the room needs remodeling. Pillows are hard as rocks. Wish it had an electric water kettle or coffee maker because breakfast starts at 8 am and if you want an earlier cup of coffee you would have to walk for at least 10 minutes.

I don’t know in which world this is a 4 star hotel. It’s in major disrepair. Dusty and dilapidated. We could here everything from the room next door. Ceiling lamp hangs from one screw. Breakfast disappointing. Unrefrigerated yoghurt and nasty looking eggs. They even charge parking. Somewhat rude and unwelcoming crew. Don’t go.

The situation of the hotel was perfect for us. We walked into the town twice a day which was great. It was very close to the park and sea. We really liked this hotel.

Some of the staff were not too nice. The menu was only written in Spanish, this was OK for us as we speak the language, people who don't would find this difficult.. We also thought it was expensive. The hotel restaurant takes outside customers, which meant you could only have the menu in the evenings, we were told we couldn't order light food and we were paying guests. This was not good.

There is good restaurant and parking. Very nice park and seacoast nearby.

For me there is no problem. For business using, there is relatively far from the city center.

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and the building and interior was beautiful

We selected this hotel because it stated it had WiFi. it was very poor. I asked if I could pay for an upgrade and was told it was not available. If I wanted something better I could change my room because where I was wasn’t very good. The window of the room was obscured by part if the roof which severely blocked the natural light.
