Good location close to the beach. Nice personnel. Possibility to park my car for a fee.

Noisy room. A noise like a fan blowing somewhere not far kept starting and stopping all night.

The property is centrally located to many restaurants and the beach. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The parking is very secure.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The air vent in the bathroom was dirty.

WiFi signal was “working” but I could never get internet on it. The only electric outlet was by the TV set, none by the bed. The room was clean but the cafe was dirty— the floor was filthy and sticky, some of the booths had ripped upholstery, and tables needed cleaning. Despite 24 hr cafe, I couldn’t get breakfast at 9:45 am. The checkin process was terrible, although perhaps the guy was new at his job. The bathroom in my room had paint and spackle splattered all over.

Staff were very responsive to pre-trip questions. The location was excellent; exactly the right part of town to be based in, but still nice and quiet.

The check-in process took soooo long, it was almost comical, but arriving quite late, after a long journey, when you just want to go to bed, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to locate a member of staff, and then 25 minutes to check us in!There were no little extras in the room, such as tea/coffee sachets, mineral water, or even a welcome pack such as info about the twin or even the WiFi code. This was not a huge problem but would have been appreciated

This hotel was well located right in the centre and close to the beach and had a garage in the property for car parking (extra charge, must reserve). Staff were helpful and friendly. The room wasn't big, but had all the essentials and mine had a terrace. I think the hotel was well designed, built with quality materials and would have been very modern when opened. The elegance now is a little faded..it wouldn't take a lot to up date it. But I would recommend it as a well located and comfortable stay, with lots of restaurants, cafes, shops etc right there.

Proximity to shops and beach front, cafe next door with lots of resturants close by. Parking available, at a price underground at the hotel, as it was high sesason and parking was almost impossible to find.

A fridge would have been helpful.

I rented two rooms, one for one person and the other for two people, and it was very narrow, and the reception was very bad, and the elevator was another condition that could only accommodate one person, and I had to carry my bags with the stairs, The simplest things were not found in the hotel.
