Pros +
- Gijón brought the perfect change of pace — lively, full of great food, and still super walkable for tired legs. After days of small towns, it was fun to land in a buzzing city with all the comforts. The stay was smooth, the bed was comfy, and it was easy to grab everything we needed (plus a little treat or two ?). Loved having the beach nearby and soaking in that mix of urban energy and Camino spirit. A great place to recharge and enjoy the hustle without the stress.
- Very clean and comfortable, with a large room, good shower and comfortable beds. Excellent location.
- The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's a little dated however I did enjoy my stay and would stay here again in the future. The hotel is located right on the high street and close to the water front. One thing I found a little weird was that I had to leave my room key with reception when I left.
Cons -
- If you sleep with the window open there will be a lot of noise from people on the street
- My room on the top floor required climbing up one flight of stairs, as the elevator terminated the floor below. Not a problem for me but some people might have issues with the climb
- Just a small moan that the bath wasn’t full size.

Great location in the middle of town and friendly staff

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Great service from reception, very professional and helpful. The room was as pictured and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Loved the chair with a stool to put my feet up on at the end of the day walking.
Just a small moan that the bath wasn’t full size.
location, room, staff

Wireless internet was not good at all!
Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excelent cost-bennefit. A nice option to stay in the heart of Gijón.
Overall, everything was good. Only the wifi was a bit weak some moments late in the night, but not a big deal.
Location!!!
Dirty carpet, no view, noisy
Position
Small rooom. Ventilator..overpriced. very noisy. Guy at reception very grumpy. They make you leave the key even if you go out for a amoke
Location. Old fashioned stay
The rate on Booking.com should advise of rate plus additional taxes to be added on payment
Grand. Excellent location. Rooms fine. Bit odd with keys and breakfast - old school ways of saving money I suppose?
I am a pilgrim on the Camino. Hotel was supposed to be where I met brother and friend, but they were delayed. Hotel is nice but dated. No place really to hang clothes to dry. Beds were good, with 3 in the room as requested. Staff was there all night.
Location was ok.
Shower didn't work. Bath was only fit for a child. Reception was like entering a police state.
Location, staff, view
Very central location and close proximity to the bus station. Well organized with lobby on first floor and an elevator. Room keys were retained at reception which was staffed 24 hours. My room was quiet as the window opened to an interior space free of traffic. The bed and pillows were comfortable, as was the bathroom. Good soundproofing, everything worked! Breakfast, should you want it, was ample, good and under 5 euros. Service started at 8, good for pilgrims on the Camino, and served by a nice lady who made an honest cup of strong coffee.
The place was a bit worn and would benefit from a sprucing up.
Walking distance to everything.
Difficult to find. Breakfas is very limited. No beverages in room. Very noisy outside.
Good location, comfy bed, fantastic breakfast
