Clean and modern!

No heat in the room so a bit cold.

Perfect location across from the park and a short walk to San Lorenzo Beach. Our room was on the corner at the front of the building with a great view, the king size bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we needed!

Friendly reception staff, very comfortable room.

Shower temperature fluctuated so it was warm at first, then cold again, then warm again. Breakfast coffee was bad. It's quite far from the city centre.

Nice modern hotel on the edge of the town. Parking on site. Breakfast included with great selections .

Construction going on - we should have been told and discounted . We walked into town 3 km -we are walkers- there was a public bus service. Location of breakfast was confusing - so I’d say that sinage was poor. Signs should be designed by someone who DOES’NT know their way around the property.

Location was great, opposite a lovely park, a joy to walk through on the way for a stroll along the beach or the lengthy promenade. The staff in the cafe/restaurant were most welcoming, a good selection of food available, evening football matches showing there brought a fair few locals in too, which gave a nice feel. Varied and plentiful breakfasts, as good as we’ve had anywhere.

It was nice ft desk agent understood English to answer questions. Liked that map had some places close by to eat at.

Wished the frontvdesk person was more aware of things to see close by. Example was an open air museum that was 13 min walk or 5 mins in car. She didn't know anything about it.

Excellent location, very well priced . Family room was very spacious for two adults and two children and very comfortable.I paid €15 for the breakfast in the morning, which which was very good

I have no problems with the Hotel

Lovely room, very comfortable, parking on site.

Whilst close to the park and the beach it is about a half hour walk or a cab ride to the old town.

the room was very comfortable. Breakfasts were great. The cafe was very good.

there was no way to get my clothes dry at the end of each day. It needed a heated towel rail

Hairs in the bathroom, hairs in the bed and even hairs in the cups.

some challenges with the light system… while using the safe we had no key for the lights . bar food a bit limited

Modern hotel 20min walking from the old town, comfy beds and rooms and a good size bathroom.

It'd been perfect if it had Spanish style full blackout blinds

Location of room, no privacy curtains, room looking onto terrace full of guests and other rooms to the side. Had to close curtains whilst dressing.Aggressive attitude of locals at front of hotel as we arrived and being ignored by bar staff in the lounge area

New facilities. 15 minutes from beach and restaurants.

The faint sound of the music from the stadium until past midnight.

The Bath was broken and not good repaired, some dead flies on the wall for 3 days and no one cleaned them. The bathroom was in general very old.

The aircon wasn't working and the room was hot like a greenhouse! We were told they had it set on heating so it wouldn't cool until the weather was better so they could switch over to cooling mode. We opened the windows and that did cool it down.Its also all a bit dated - ready for a refurb.
