The location is good

They send me a super suspicious link to pay, never owned up to it and the beds are super uncomfortable

I loved looking out on the beach . The view was perfect

It was out of the way. Needed a taxi to get to the center of town.

The staff were lovely and friendly, particularly Jose and Louis and the lovely lady at breakfast (I don’t recall her name). When it was open (weather dependent) there was a nice buzzy atmosphere on the roof top bar.Fresh orange juice at breakfast ?

Breakfast was very mediocre and cold. There was no normal tea, ie breakfast tea, just herbal and some awful organic offering with a very unpleasant smell! Coffee was also not the best.We had a room at the front which was on the main road and was very noisy and fumey.Our two single beds kept sliding apart and the air on just pumped in car fumes from the road outside.Swimming pool was freezing although that could be because it was the end of the season and wasn’t being used so regularly.

Great location at the end of the beach - easy to stroll around town. We used the underground car park - which payable but worth it for our car with trailer - especially as the town was busy with firework display & festival. We were able to watch the show from the rooftop terrace. Good selection for breakfast. Wifi worked very well. All staff very friendly & speaking good English,

Good hotel, well positioned for walking on the seafront promenades and into the town centre.Friendly staff and high level of cleanliness in both the rooms and public areas.Breakfast, although not cheap, was excellent with a very good selection to choose from, with good coffee and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice.Altogether great value for money by comparison to most UK hotels at a similar price point.

Our room, whilst having a sea view across a busy road junction was quite noisy , although to be fair this was to be anticipated due to the location of the hotel. Rooms without a sea view at the back would no doubt have been quieter.

Location and views

The TV did not work for the entire stay. Maintenance was suppose to fix it and never came during our 5 day stay.

Expensive parking

Location was perfect place next to thew beach and almost the best part of the city. The room was also very clean and comfortable for a stay.

Maybe it would be better to have boiler in the room and possibility to have coffee or tea in the room.

Nice room, very confortabe bed, nice view of the beach, great breakfast and friendly staff, also vey convenient having the parking at the hotel with charging for our e-vehicle

it was a bit far from the city center, so not a lot of restaurant options around, although we found a nice restaurant within walking distance

Excellent quality (materials and design) of the furniture.Heating and hot water.Nice breakfast room and menu.

Near the beach. Clean and Modern. Good but expensive parking

We booked because of swimming and roof Terrance. Both closed on 15th September not clear when making the booking. Staff ambivalent and dismissive apart from overworked but great barman in first floor bar

Nice hotel at one end of the long beach. Walking distance to many super restaurants and a nice park. Hotel facilities were great - small, but nice pool, small gym with sauna and steam room, and a super roof-top bar. Self service breakfast was good value, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our room just about faced the beach, but was a little noisy at times, being so close to a busy road and an entertainment complex.

Although we didn’t have children booked a family room. Had a settee, arm chair, small table and coffee machine with excellent views to sea and hills. Bed comfortable and restaurant nice. Nice pool and excellent location for beach.

A lot of facilities to enjoy and next to the beach.

Terrible breakfast staff; very distant staff in general except room cleaner. Uncomfortable bed. Little value for all the money paid.

The room service not been 24 ha available and also terrace opening only from 5pm

The staff went out of their way to help us, specifically Eva, Jonathan and the reception manager

It was very much a ‘business hotel’

Gasrtobar was closed for 2 nights,reception would not give a reason why.....fridge in room had to be repaired on 2 days....foul smell in the area ,when I asked at reception what was the smell,I was told that it was coming from the river next to hotel.
