Cons -
- The two elevators are incredibly too small for people with wheelchairs. The elevator lift for people with disabilities is also too small. The hotel needs to renovate the elevators and by a wider elevator lift.
- Room description indicates has Air Conditioning, when in fact, they don't. We had to sleep with the windows open. However, despite being July, the temperatures was in the low 70's and quite comfortable.
- No a/c but we were informed ahead of time and given a fan. No problem

Just across from the beach. Very clean and comfortable room for a family.
The A/C was not working during our stay.
Breakfast
Ac not working so open windows but street very noisy
The rooms are excellent spacious and very, very clean, desktop was superb, friendly helpful can’t say enough about them. The breakfast was outstanding, we’re coming back.
Our only comment was the AC. But being in early June, they accommodate us with fans which made it possible. The staff is what makes it happen.
Great location right across from the beach and only about a 10 min walk to old town. Room was spacious with great views. Breakfast was great and the views matched it!
Didn't have breakfast.
No lighting on staircase. WiFi poor to none existent. Rooms noisy. Toilet in alcove difficult to get into.
The location.
When we first arrived, I noticed reception that we were celebrating 35 years of marriage. Their first choice for room had a view of a pink & grey building. They were not even half full, so after seeing our room I discussed moving us to room with a view of the beach and ocean. Couldn’t they have been proactive? Then one day we were in our bed and the walked in with half a knock and no warning. It was very embarrassing. The next day, I was using the toilet when with another half knock and no wait they walked into the bathroom. That was too much. We felt like we had no privacy and as if they were not listening to our previous complaints. Upon leaving, I received no compensation, no detailed apology, just these things happen. NOT IF YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF including the reception which was so unenthusiastic I am actively telling people NOT to stay there.
Perfect location. We paid extra bucks for the sea view and it was worth it.
They could renew the bathrooms. I liked that the floor tiles didn't feel cold though. We could walk barefoot easily.
Fantastic location
Small bed and tv remote control not working properly
This hotel is in an excellent location just across the road from the beautiful beach and within easy walking distance to the old town and shopping streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We had breakfast every morning and the selection and quality of the food was excellent.
Nothing. Everything was perfect during our stay
Roomy & great view. Good position.
Windows could be cleaner.
Nice location overlooking the beach and near the old town. Very clean rooms. Friendly front desk staff. parking close by.
The outside of the building was renovated and looks nice. However the interior, although partially renovated, is a little outdated. Some of the fixtures and fittings need to be changed like shower / bath units. 4 stars is quite a generous description.
Location and good breakfast. Comfy bed.Helpful reception staff
Didn’t get a sea view which we were expecting.Older staff member at breakfast was not very friendly!!
Breakfast was good and check in staff very helpful
This is a tired old hotel that has had a new facade added but underneath it’s near original, no a/c, ventilation by opening windows only. It is on the beach in a tired hood.
Nothing except location and size of superior room
Upon arrival at 14.50 I was told room not ready and staff unable to say when room ready. Not even a word of excuse or a Please sit down and have a drink. No bar, no room service.Room ok but bathroom minuscule. No a/c.Breakfast poor. One staff cleaned a spill on the floor with the same rag she cleaned tables. We left 1 day early
The spacious room and the view.
No kettle in the room to make a cup of tea .
Location, comfort, staff and breakfast
Location was good
My biggest issue is that it was not as advertised on Booking.Com. We searched (as we always do) for hotels with parking and a fitness room. This hotel came up as having both. Let’s be clear IT HAS NEITHER. It has an arrangement with a nearby parking lot (at €20 pd) and can recommend a local gym. This sort of misrepresentation should not be allowed
