A little hotel, very comfortable, with a very nice and helpful staff!

Receptionist was very kind

Air conditioning was shut down because it was supposed to be cold but it wasn’t and room was warm

Location and friendly staff

A/c didn’t work for the first day (they did provide notice) and there were lots of mosquitoes but no window screens

A modern, comfortable place close to major attractions including Cimadevilla and Plaza Mayor, friendly and competent staff, good breakfast, good rooms - nothing to complain. Good value for your money.

The hotel is very central, close to the beach and marina. The room was clean. Staff were pleasant.

Not much room to move due to the size of the beds, the room was cold during the day as if they turned the heating off? Also the breakfast room was cold and no heating.

The staff at reception are very friendly and the location is great to visit the town. The room was big with a nice bathroom.

Maybe this particular room was too close to the lift, but it was very noisy from 7 onwards when the other guests were checking out. I would not recommend staying here if the plan is to go out at night and then attempt to sleep until the noon checkout.

Terrible wifi. It would be useful to have disposable slippers in the rooms. Very loud elevator.

Very small room, very expensive for no good reason

Everything except again no tea or coffee available in the rooms

They refused to accommodate bikes so we walked around the city for 4 hours trying to find a bike shelter. Eventually we took them back and they put them in a huge empty room for us so we were really peeved as we we tired and wasted time where we could enjoy the city
