Pros +
- Comfortable beds.Great pool and rooftop bar.Great staff.
- Parking was easy under the building, modern facility, clean rooms, good breakfast, nice rooftop bar with city and beach views.
- Good hotel overall, convenient location, decent comfort for the area.I stayed in this hotel for three nights while visiting Gijón, and overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The location is convenient, the hotel is generally comfortable, and I don’t think I would’ve found anything much better in this region for the same price.
Cons -
- Staff was a bit slow at the front desk, beds were soft, location is at the end of the promenade, long walk to the historic district.
- Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. That said, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. It was very limited in terms of variety, and I expected something more substantial, especially for a hotel of this level. It wasn’t terrible, just very basic.
- Although I slept well, I had to go to the earplugs. Noise in the hallway, doors closing, it resonated. The hotel is on the opposite side of town from the old center, so location was a bit of an issue. Way overpriced breakfast.

I arrived quite early (1030 ) and was given a room right away. Clean and comfortable. Professional staff. Everything necessary( restaurants, market, coffee ) was nearby. Attractive, safe neighborhood, waterfront promenade and park just out the door.

Location by the beach and close to football stadium. Breakfast was good too.
No fitness center, no coffee machine or boiler in the room.
Hotel was in an excellent location with great underground parking(for a few but worth it from a car safety aspect). The rooms were very nicely decorated, very practical, spotlessly clean and beds super comfortable. Staff delivered excellent service. The breakfast was pretty good too
Nothing comes to mind.
Location is ok and the underground parking is a big plus however quite expensive.
It’s an outdated hotel, needs some renovation and more maintenance. No kettle/coffee machine or any complimentary that 4 stars hotels offer. Very bad WiFi.
Fabulous location, friendly staff, easy safe parking.
Tried to charge me for parking despite being told it was included.
Breakfast is wonderful, staff and service at the breakfast very good, quite good coffee at the breakfast. The location of the hotel is just 10-15 minutes walk to the city center and right next to big parking. Overall it's OK for quick stop (1-2 days) to enjoy wonderful Gijon and this region.
The room was a little bit disappointing for the price I paid - dark, small sized, the lamp near bed was broken, the shower had mold.
The restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly and very relaxed surroundings which is great when traveling alone.
The WiFi didn’t work so had to use hotspot from phone.
Location. Comfort level.
Dynamic Pricing.
The staff was friendly, helpful, the swimming pool very nice but not heated (could be useful in cold asturias).
The room was fine but really warm, not a lot of air and a bit musty. I missed a water boiler too. Massage was ok, but not great.
Very helpful staff, particularly Laura who speaks English and gave a great recommendation for eating out on Sunday evening.
Being charged for parking.
location ad parking availability
rather glum receptionist.
Would not recommend this hotel. Terrible value .
The staff was incredibly rude, none of the facilities were available to use (the restaurant was closed for an event, and the pool wasn't open), and there was a terrible shower.
The hotel is OK
Too much loud music on both nights until 5 am.Couldn't get any sleep.
Very central property, the pool was FABULOUS! Couldn’t be happier with the pool, so relaxing, the pictures don’t do it justice
The room smelled badly of cigarette smoke which was not pleasant. The breakfast was extremely expensive so did not avail of this.
Very close to the beach. Parking available in underground car park (fee to be paid), but very convenient . Staff excellent especially Angela who said she was a trainee, she is so helpful and friendly.
Leaving
In every aspect the hotel was excellent, from the staff to the rooftop pool. Housekeeping were excellent. However, if you’re there on a Sunday, have lunch there, the food is Michelin star quality at a price you will not believe! I’ve eaten in hotels all over the world and the value for money at this quality I challenge you to beat!
Nothing, I knew before I booked, it’s a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, where there are some excellent restaurants. But if you want the beach you’ll find the location difficult to beat!
Everything except the fact that wellness Center was closed
No gym no spa opened
