Helpful staff

Parking space is very narrow and difficult to park. The digital key didn't work last night. Despite staff efforts, they could not fix it. It took some time to open the door while I was in the hurry

The hotel was close to the train station, which is what we needed for the stay. Also, it's very close to the beach and the area is nice. The staff were very friendly.

The bed (double) was small and uncomfortable. Also, you could hear the noise from other rooms (doors, voices, etc.). This made it difficult for us to rest as we were hoping for. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close correctly, but this was a minor issue.

The cost.

It was a distance from the centre of town and the quality of the food could have been better, also the safe was not workable.

The hotel was a five minute walk to the beach and a long ‘promenade’. We visited a Railway Museum which was also a five minute walk away, with free entry, which we really enjoyed. The hotel had a lift. For our meal on Sunday we found a bright modern cafe a couple of streets away where three excellent ham and cheese toasties, a large portion of Spanish omelette, a coffee and three glasses of wine cost 16Euros. Amazing.Overall the hotel was clean and was definitely worth what we paid.

We arrived on a Sunday and sadly no food was available in the hotel cafe. A couple of places to have an evening meal were recommended but we happened across a great cafe, see above.Wr had booked parking at 10 Euros but we had to be accompanied by a member of staff who held a key to enter and leave as the parking was accessed from the apartment building next door.
