Breakfast don’t recommend, are served in near restaurant, meals are average.

We have enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fine except the breakfast, which was not very bad, but not traditionally Spanish good either, as it’s given by a downstairs café and it consists of a sandwich, a glass of orange juice, a coffee at which they add a small piece of a cake they sell there. Moreover, one of the receptionists doesn't speak nor understand much English, which came as a bit of a surprise considering everywhere we've travelled in Spain so far, everybody spoke at least a passable English. The AC in the room is too small.We hung some items to dry in the bathroom, on the rail, and the next day the receptionist (the one with poor English) told us it wasn't allowed, but without giving us an explanation, and we also didn't appreciate that the room maid took the liberty to take pictures of our personal belongings and showed them to the receptionist.

The location is great

The bathroom it’s not good! Please refresh it. It looks like more than 50 years old. The bed was terrible, sagged in the middle. No hair dryer or iron. The parking it’s really hard near the hotel

Good location, big room and all utilities for the dog.

Small lift and staff not so friendly but professional.hairdryer in the room didn't work

Was not with plenty options to eat, was offered by a restaurant close to the hotel.

The bathroom with old facilities and not so clean.The room was right beside the elavator and very noisy, and they didnt offered this info to us.

Don’t forget it’s just an average hotel in small town and they accommodate pets. Personal was very exceptionally friendly, and fast. Room itself is spacious, pillows, bed lining, blankets and mattress are new and comfortable, pressure of hot water is good. It was very quiet at night and the area is close to nice park and police station is next to the hotel. So I pretend it’s safe place. Good job!

Clean , central and quiet

The room is nice and tidy. The breakfast is traditional. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The front desk is open only until 4pm.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and big room for the value, central location but not very touristic

There was dust on the floor and seemed like the cleaner didn't clean for a long time or from the last customer. The hair dryer didn't work. The latest time to store luggage was 4pm.

The room was very clean, the mattress very countable and the room was to the right temperature.

Location was great 10 to 15 minutes walk to everywhere no need for taxis

Location is superb. Clean room, big space, bed super comfortable. Coffee place is just a step away from the elevator. Sidra places just round the corner! Staff super friendly. They accommodated all my requests. Would stay again!

Not enough pillows in the room

Friendly staff who are always there to help, good location within 15-20 minutes walk from the beach

Little bit rickety in some areas such as the bed and maybe the elevator, but understandable given the covid situation

Staff was friendly and assist us with the issues..and cleaned our room every day.

On our arrival we had issues with the wifi, we went to the 7th floor where our room was and there was no phone 8n the room to contact the reception. There was ko hair dryer in the room. So we had to go back down 7 floors to ask for a hair dryer and report the issue with the wifi.It was a double room but there was 1 suitcase stand and 1 chair I the room, with every small TV and super old matresses, so uncomfortable....No value for the money we paid...

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and the room and lobby were fair for the price we paid. No frills. Location was okay.

We were unfortunately locked out of the hotel after midnight,and the access code we were given didn’t work. An oversight, but the 24 hour telephone just rang and rang. It it hadn’t been for another guest arriving, we would have been on the street for hours. Mistakes happen but if they give an emergency number, they should make sure it is answered.

Is very well located and the room was nice and tidy.

It was Ok, nothing special to be honest, there was a heater on the ceiling which was very practical is cold weather
