Terrible services.salty water no hot water ..stupid attitudes staff.surrounding bad smells.all charges like a hell. Go survey how Malaysian hotels even ranking 3 ..that'y India still in num 3 dirty in the world..???????????????

Breakfast was good. Nothing else is good about this hotel

The Front desk is Ok. But the staff were useless and not trained well and they did not listen to the front desk lady's orders.

Location seems to be good, but facility wise needs improvement.

Since it was Christmas season, the room rates were very high, which is disappointing that too for the price I paid they should have given me complimentary breakfast but they did not provide unfortunately, saying the room booked was without breakfast. I will not come to this hotel again.

A/c filters to be kept clean and should be run for some time so that dust does not get deposited. Two of my family members fell sick with dust allergy/ fever.

Stayed one night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were good, and the staff were polite. The location is great if you are visiting for tourism or otherwise.

Some lights did not work, and some aesthetic improvements could be made - but it is not a major issue.

Location was an advantage, room size is decent.

Staff behaviour1. They won't give you a GST invoice.2. Free breakfast is a joke. Staff is standing there checking what each one of the guests is taking. Sambar should be taken only once :-)3. Checked in and went to the room, wifi was not working, Got a call asking if we will have breakfast tomorrow(yes that is why it says free breakfast).4. Someone knocked on the door at 7 am and said breakfast will finish if you are not coming fast.

Size of rooms were spacious. Room was very clean. room service was prompt. One of the best hotels to stay at Thanjavur. Will definitely book again.

Price of food.For two chepathi they have charged 100 that to with out Curry.

I booked the room. I got the confirmation voucher.last minute on the day of check-in I got a call from hotel staff that all the rooms r full.i want to know wats the meaning of confirmation voucher.

Did not have breakfast, but, had a look. Was a descent spread with basics. What more will one need?

The location was nice , the rooms were neat , it had a seperate hall and service was overall good.

The pictures posted and rooms are different. It's just a lodge type with very small room. Do not look at pictures and assume you will get same room. Room type mentioned in booking.com do not match room type at hotel. Direct booking for same room is much cheaper. Extra bed was just a bed and not even a foldable cot.
