Excellent staff with great customer service and very clean room, lobby and restaurant. Great pool side sitout.

Electric outlets ( plug points) were old and not in proper condition. Most of them were loose and we had difficulty plugging our phone chargers

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience comfortableThe hotel has a lot of potential, as it is part of luxury hotel chain and with a bit more attention to consistency and detail for cleanliness, the guest experience could be even better. Some aspects could be refined-such as with better ventilation for indoor cooking during breakfast, but nothing took away significantly from the stay. The team was always responsive and willing to assist, which I truly appreciated.

- Clogging of water in wash basin- TV not working - Toilet bowl flushing was slow- Breakfast is just normal, Vadai was over cooked, delays, filter coffee was below normal, no proper service in breakfast

The pool, the room

Staff at restaurant seemed like they needed training to stay atop of customer needs (e.g., be available for water). There was a coffee machine which was not working (though filtered coffee available). Food for lunch was ok though expensive and little to eat (5 fries with a sandwich litterally)

Best hotel in Thanjavur. Spacious rooms with clean toilets. Courteous staff. Tasty food

Location and food

Not worth for the amount I paid . They switch off the ac in reception area even outside temperature touch 45 degree . We checked out and waited in the lobby for our train which was in the evening. Hotel staff switched off the ac in the lobby. Not only this they also put “ Cleaning in progress “ board at the rest room to block the usage . I was booked the hotel for 60 $ and apparently I paid 180 $ with all their hidden tariff rates . I never ever go to this Hotel and won’t recommend to anyone.

Very nice hotel with great pool. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the menu is varied. Recommended.

A/C not working prooerly. Buffet bfast was not good at all. Room door can't even lock. Furthermore charges was high.

Excellent location and facilities. Very friendly staffs especially Swetha, she guided as very well and treatment and are exceptional. We have booked our trip again in July as they have very good facilities for infants Family room

The kitchen staff was super efficient and the food excellent. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious with lots of counter space.
