Excellent location. Good value, good staff, nice clean room

Staff was courteous. Location was central.

Hotel is under construction. Rooms were disappointing. Lots of water damage and mold issues. A mushroom was growing next to our bed outside of the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

It was very close to the temple and the cleanliness, AC facility, bedding were top notch, I would easily give 9/10 for cleanliness.

The geyser was only operation from 330 am to 10am. The staff said it was due to the tripping of the circuit breaker, hence they have gone for such strict timming.

We had a comfortable stay here, nearer to all the locations Good hospitality from the staffs Neat and we'll maintained place Cleanliness is highly maintained

In room amenities were less and the hot water facility fails sometimes The Tv was also not working properly Rooms are little congested

Location is very good, it's near to both Brihadeeshwara Temple and tanjavur bus stand as well. Just 2km from Railway station also.

We booked 5 rooms and we got all in different floors which was difficult.

Walking distance from the Big Temple - less than 10 minutes. Very polite staff. Spacious room with decent amenities. Good for a 1 night stay.

The restaurant was not open for the duration of our stay. There was also a problem with the room originally allotted to us, but this was subsequently resolved to our satisfaction. The lift was also giving trouble from time to time. Not many options close by for family dining.

Staff is helpful despite their inability to communicate in Hindi or English.

They should have inhouse breakfast facility and staff able to speak in Hindi and English.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and great location

Near the Brihadeshwar Temple the major landmark of Thanjavur which was 250 meters only from the Hotel.

1. In spite of upgrading with extra payment, the room with a view was not allotted. The room had a kettle, but no cups, no glasses, no tea bags/coffee/sugar/milk sachets. On our request, finally 2 glasses were provided for drinking water.2. Wifi wasn't working during our stay in Room 204 allotted to us. On our complaining, we were told to use wifi connection meant for Room 205. Felt unsafe actually sharing wifi with an unknown person.3. Electric power failure throughout the night. Due to which AC / TV was repeatedly getting switched off and had to be manually switched on and set to our choice.4. The hotel has no restaurant, no room service and no pantry even for tea/coffee.5. Bathroom floor was wet when we checked in. Bath Towel was provided upon requesting for it. No toilet paper roll was provided.Overall, it was a pathetic experience.

It is near to temple but providing basic facilities only ... All. Staff Tamil speaking... even can't communicate in English. No restaurant but has near by many eating joints

Great location near the Temple! The bed was comfy and the staff were really friendly, they looked after our bags after we checked out so we could explore the town a little more before we caught our evening train.

Bathroom shower was a little weak and the pillows & Aircon too. Cockroach in the bed! Made us uneasy when sleeping incase we got visited again!

No natural light - and design of bathroom means all stuff gets wet when you take a shower . Also battery on alarm needs replacing to stop it beeping all night
