Room was clean and comfortable with good access to close by restaurant options

An option to make the final payment with my credit card would have been useful

Availability of Good food joints surrounding the hotel.

The position of the TV...you can't watch the TV sleeping on the bed. You will have severe neck cramps if you watch the TV sleeping on the bed. Lots of red ants in the wardrobe..no kettle was provided.

Stay was good. There Parking space available for car. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Parking lot need to be paved and better illuminated...Ramps ith handrail shall be provided at the entry point for the asked of Sr.CitizensGood...Quality of the beverages like coffee and tea served on need basis should be improved...Alternatively electric kettle and few sachets of milk powder and instant coffee/ tea may be kept..One water bottle per occupant may be provided along with toiletries...Also for wash room liquid soap shall be provided.

I liked everything literally.... Their hospitality the most.. communication, assistance everything the best ... We were tired when we reached there and they assisted us in everything with smile.. make us feel very comfortable... And the rooms were really neat and clean... Bedsheets were smelling good and clean and the bed was really comfortable .. wash room is really good and clean as well ... Good water pressure in all taps..and the best thing is price and the definition of value for money... And easily accessible to all the nearby tourist attractions.. and it's also situated in a calm and quiet place than in the busy street

There is nothing that I didn't like.. but it's not an issue but size of room could have been a little better

Value for money, near and clean rooms. Polite staffs.

Big room. Good a/c. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Toilet room and shower room separate.

Wifi network and internet speed was terrible. My devices had a hard time even identifying the network. I had to ask for toilet paper/tissue. No housekeeping.

Only coffee and tea served. No restaurant.

Room did not have a decent coffee table. There were no regular sofa chairs and in their place there were just two very unstable plastic chairs. Also, the extra bed and bed linen provided were a disappointment.

Balaji, Mani and all the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Coffee and tea served in room was lovely too.Clean and well presented property.Location away from centre was good as quiet and plenty of facilities in walkable distance.Balaji arranged an auto-rickshaw for us to take to local sites and taxi to Pondicherry as no train on the day we needed.Many thanks to all.

Would benefit from a terrace, outside sitting area...maybe on the roof.

Good for comfortable stay, just what do you need if you need a place just to rest up. Rooms were clean, staff were good.

- Toilets and Bathrooms could have been better- AC was not working properly in our room, should have been checked before someone checks in.

Passable

It was not a hotel, it is an Inn in a residential area. Does not have restaurant and there are no restaurants within walking range. No kettle or coffee/ tea in the room. Bedspread and towels we worn out .

Clean rooms, hot water availability, swift checkin and checkout etc.

The room I was in was a bit stuffy - I could feel the blocked nose occasionally. May be due to some allergic issues.

I do not recommend for a family of 4.

The room description is not as per actual status. There is no living room.

Breakfast is not included. It is located far inside, away from the main road.

Lack of hospitality. Unfriendly staff

The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff were very quick and accomodating to change our room when we complained about slippery floor in the main room and bathroom in the room we were initially given. Even taxi drivers were provided a common room to sleep in and a common bathroom. Hot shower was good.

The room was quite small. There was a smoking smell just outside the room in the hallway. No breakfast facilities. A sign on the board behind the room door mentioned tea coffee was available 24/7 but when we tried to contact reception in the morning around 6.30 am we got a disengaged tone as if they had disconnected the phone. Rooms were sprayed with a room spray that leaves a residue and makes the floors slippery which could be an hazard.

That it was at a good location.

Not as clean as I expected. There was a cockroach in my room which I asked the staff to remove. The duvet had large stains which I also asked to replace. It was not a pleasant experience.

When we went to the property We were told that our booking is not valid and there are no rooms available. We were told they had taken the property out of booking.com and our current booking was an error by booking.com. they then asked me to go another property which was around 15 min drive.
