I heard that new management have taken over this hotel stay was amazing staffs were really supportive Delicious breakfast served

the staff at the counter were not very supportive. The room provided was dull and not as per expectations or as per the pictures shown on the website.

Mot cleaned, unhygienic, poor maintenance room,bad towels, only 500 ml drinking water per person, No minibar facilities, staff not at all courteous. bathrooms are very bad, dirty,stinking.overall very bad experience

Location is at the centre of the city. Staff were all good and took action immediately for any issue.

only two 500 ml bottle of drinking water is kept on the room. Payment is there for extra bottles. charging of drinking water is not acceptable. Hot water was also not provided.

My parents, who are senior citizens checked in. They gave a room that didn’t look like it was prepared. Towels they said were on request. The lock wasn’t working properly & overall it gave a badly maintained, unclean & shabby vibe. I later called reception and gave them this list of complaints. My parents were then shifted to a much better & nicer room - all frills included! if such a space was available and I have booked that based on pictures and reviews on the website- why then did they have to offer them a substandard one in the first place?? Could have saved everyone a lot of tension if they had only bothered to deliver on their promise. Staff surely needs to be trained to do better

there was something wrong with the power for some time. the response time to fix it was a bit delayed. also the cable tv was not working has pointed out this but it was not fixed

Property is located in heart of Calicut town but the hospitality is poor and they won't give the drinking water for the guests...

Atleast give 1 bottle drinking water to the guests...

The location was near to the main roads. Accessible. Room was spacious and neat, with toiletries. Breakfast was average.

Breakfast could have been better. Spoons/forks were not provided. The food was oily and tasted just okay.

One of the best hotel and service ever. I have only positive experience. Very clean, super polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
