Location and greenery

Too many structure and badly drsigned cottages

Easy access from highway , Large property , big rooms

Majority of the staffs are rude and customer service is pathetic

Break fast was very good with wide choices and a local flavour.

Overall it was very good. Suggest for some pest control treatment to be done, since some lizards were observed in the room kitchen.

Nature in the resort and the vastness.

Staff needs more training to manage multi cultural customers. Extremely expensive .

Staff, food and they have all the items like zipline, fish spa, ayurvedic and western spa etc inside the resort.

In Pool villas or jet pool villas, the Pool is not with temperature controlled.

Comfortable stay. Food was superb as usual. All the amenities meet expectation. Happy with the stay

Foul smell coming from right side of hotel premises. Surroundings need to be maintained.

The location is good, the place is covered in beautiful green trees. The room service staff are extremely good and excellent service.

The hotel does not go that extra mile to ensure cx satisfaction. For ex: they charge you for cutlery if you are not ordering food from their restaurant which is pretty expensive. For the rates at which the rooms are provided this was not that I expected.

I liked the ambience of the Cottages. The food spread for dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff in general were friendly and a few really took extra efforts to attend to our requests.

The corner of the wooden beds needs to be provided a protection against hitting ones leg. Owing to the configuration of the room and placement of the bed.

I liked it's greenary and a very quiet place. Breakfast was awesome .

The activities like archery cycling were not maintained well.

Breakfast was ok. No view at all.

The idlis were hard. We stayed in the Jet Bath Villa but the Jet Bath was broken.

Location

Cleanliness & food. The worst dosa we ever had, the breakfast spread was not appetising & appealing.

Interior of room was good with ample space. Breakfast was super.

I'd booked two Vista rooms. The room was very far from the reception. It was extremely difficult to walk and reach the room as it had a very steep terrain to reach the room. We were not allowed to access the main pool as there was some private function happening and we were not informed earlier about it. If we were informed, we could have planned accordingly. When we tried accessing the infinity pool, after we entered the pool and were wet, the staff told us that the dress(tshirt and shorts) we were wearing is not allowed in pool. He could have informed us before we entered the pool, he didnt notice us coming, as he was busy scrolling his phone. When we checked out, no one even bothered to ask how the stay was. They just gave the receipt and said its done. During checkout, even if there were 2 rooms, they just send 1staff to bring our luggage. Since we had to climb a peak to reach vehicle and staff wasn't able to carry all our bugs, we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Overall, we were totally disappointed as it was not worth it. Extremely overpriced for the services provided. I would not suggest this place for families.

The resort has a lot of land and is surrounded by greenery. The quality of the food and beverages were quite good.

The room was very basic for the price, with no mini-fridge and bare walls. The service at the restaurant and bar were extremely slow. There were no towels in the pool area.

Excellent staff, excellent location. Very clean and green resort with good activities to do, family friendly.

Rates could be competitive. Breakfast spread can improve with more options and better spread.

The area and ambience are nice and lots of areas to explore and has a lot of facilities for spending time during the stay itself without going outside

The rooms were average, not at par with the cost of stay, the linens inc blanket were sub quality, the internal phone was not working ,there was no person support at our building so had to walk to main reception at other building to get help. No bar which was disappointing as it was not mentioned in the online description that it is closed. The lighting was crap, the fan turns off when the lights are off, which was blunder and Air conditioning was also not as good as expected as a room costs about 7800 with taxes for a day. food is okay but not droolworthy.

The resort is located at the prime location and the staffs were really amazing.The check- In and Check Out process was so smooth.Really amazing to stay with Vythiri Village.

Size of the room

Crowded property, damp smell in the room, food was below average for the price, half of the facilities were under maintenance

It is a good property to visit for families. Food was good and our stay was comfortable.

The maintenance was poor and the staff not very helpful. some of them seemed pretty new to the job and had no clue about the food and service when asked.

Location was amazing, super friendly staff, cleaning crew were excellent, breakfast was amazing.

The lobby of the resort could be made more colorful, warm and inviting with better furnishings.The restaurant located inside the property “Spice bowl “ could have offered more flavorful food as the restaurant’s outside the property in close proximity are not commendable.
