Some of the individual are great, but middle-level and upper management is very stubborn

For nearly 70+ out station guests (for my son's wedding reception) I booked 39 units for 2 nights and some rooms were 3+ days. But the upper management attitude was "we have the monopoly here" and was not flexible for check-in and check-out time. very bad

Property is well located . Staff are fine and helpful. Food and restaurants are great.

Staff at reception- always after me to charge . First time in a hotel where they chase you rather than charge at the check out day . Room - the shower door was letting water out .

- A bit difficult to get taxi, needs some organisation but overall not a big problem

Cleanliness, as we were given a room at the Ayurvedic treatment area, which was smelly and had to walk a lot climbing stairs up and down.

I recently stayed at this hotel expecting a true five-star experience, but unfortunately the interior and overall quality of work fell far below that standard.What disappointed me most was the quality of workmanship. In my room, the paint was uneven, corners were badly finished, and fixtures were not installed properly. Even small details—like loose handles, poorly fitted tiles, and scuffed walls—were impossible to ignore. These are things you’d expect in a budget hotel, not in a property claiming five-star status.While the staff was polite and the location convenient, the interior quality simply does not match the price or the reputation. With better attention to design, maintenance, and proper finishing, this hotel could improve, but at the moment it fails to deliver a true luxury experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was amazing, and the location was excellent — peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended! ?????

The ambience is excellent.

There is not even a single lift in the block where Standard rooms are situated. Aged people may find it difficult to climb the stairs.There were two boats; one with rooms and another a speed boat. Both were not working. There is no handwash dispenser in the bathroom. The bed is not fit for people with backache. Value 75% of money.

We had a truly memorable one-night stay at The Raviz Kadavu, Kozhikode. Nestled by the serene riverside, the property offers a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and warmth.A special mention to their grill restaurant "Garam"—an absolute delight for seafood lovers. The tawa-grilled Jumbo Prawns were perfectly spiced and succulent, while the Prawn Alleppey Curry with Steamed Rice was a comforting, flavourful masterpiece. We also thoroughly enjoyed their Chicken Hot & Sour Soup, which was just the right mix of tang and heat (pepper).The breakfast spread the next morning was diverse and satisfying, with something for every palate. One of the highlights of our stay was the motorboat ride on the river—a truly mesmerizing and calming experience that let us soak in the lush beauty surrounding the resort.Our room was cozy and well-appointed, and the hospitality was top-notch—prompt, courteous, and heartfelt. Whether you're looking to unwind amidst nature or enjoy a luxurious escape, Raviz Kadavu ticks all the right boxes. Highly recommended!❤️✨

Its peaceful and very convenient location

It’s not the best when it comes to the prices and value for money. It might be a unique and different experience for non-malayalis.

Excellent property. Great service. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us at every turn and enquired about stay and asked whether we needed anything. Don’t remember all the names of staff, Jeemon was particularly kind and welcoming.

We loved the ambience of the resort. Well maintained landscaping and courteous staff ? the front office staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Anu.

We were looking for adjoining rooms, but were not available.

Property was great. Please offer some vegan options at breakfast such as an alternative milk and mention allergens more specifically on the displays. Otherwise amazing food.

Our standard room and the wing of the hotel it was located in were quite outdated and disappointing, in need of a significant update. The bathroom, in particular, was smaller than expected. For the price of the room, it was not worth it. While I can't speak to the higher-category rooms, as I didn't see any, the quality of the standard rooms and bathrooms leaves much to be desired. An update to the standard rooms would definitely improve the overall experience
