ROOM CLEANING - REQUESTED BUT NIT DONE

The room was good.

Wash room was having a bad smell.AC was not giving sufficient cooling despite being kept at the lowest temperature.

Ac is not cooling , bad smell and very old and dark rooms , spoiled my night

Only the location, nothing else

Fast room service.

The mold around the room, lack of maintenance. Soap looked used. The door had a lock.that door looked broken. The bath fittings are really rundown. I struggled to sit on the toilet seat, seeing how it looked.

Location

Very badly maintained room. The worst bathroom i've seen, plastic peeling off the commode lid, was so disgusting, i did not use.

Location is excellent

Rooms, corridors, lift, toilet, bedsheets mattress are old

Bit slow check in process.

The place and the hygiene

WiFi was promised, and we didn't get WiFi throughout the stay in both the rooms A/c was not working in the room and had called three times and then some one cane to attend and then still not fixed and at 11.30 pm changed the room.Then the TV of the second room stopped working from night till morning 9 am.

Very bad stay... Un trained staff... Dirty rooms and. Wash rooms.... Not worth to stay.... Very bad experience... AC was not working... Average breakfast..... 1/10

Very bad service will never book this

I had stayed here earlier with my family before 3-4 times… based on that experience i booked it this time however it was really bad … After booking this I had called them and said I will be travelling on that day and will check in at night around 11pm so I requested I should not be having any hassle at that time so that nobody is getting disturbed… Also I said in advance arrange for a clean room since I am with my Wife and 2 year old kid… They assured everything over phone but on that day it was pathetic…. Receptionist gave me the key for room 208… when I reached in front of the door it was already kept open… Then room looked very bad and it was not clean … some kind of foul smell… I felt really bad since I had told them all in advance … So i rang receptionist and explained the situation they said sorry and they gave another room in next 3rd floor … I told them I need clean room just to sleep for a night they said ok … next room problem was Leakage from AC right on top of the bed ?? … Again that night called receptionist he sent an intern and that guy came to the room and checked … Please note all these happening at night 11:30 … Even Kettle was broken … They apologised again and gave 3rd room which was comparatively better… But I was not happy with the service … I even called nearby Ravi’s Hotel and asked them if they have a room available just to have a peaceful sleep ??

Location

Room doesnt have enough light. Toilet seat was not good. Bath towel is ages old. Hot water in the tap was not available

The stay and the location.

If you book online, you will get cheap offers. If you book from the reception, they will ensure that you book the premium rooms stating that the Standard rooms are not available. So be on guard as they can take you for a ride. Also, do not try chicken shavai as the taste was sub par.

Pathetic rooms , they want only money , no cleanliness . Ac doesn’t work , ac runs with a noise like a motor cycle

worst behaviour of reception when we raise a complaint . they avoid calls ..They don’t attend Worst Attitude of “ I don’t bother “No sorry , nothing Just money

Terrible experience

The AC was not working in both rooms. And we complained 2 times. We slept last night without ac. Very poor experience

It’s an old property and needs a complete refurbish!!

Rooms and bathrooms were old and not clean

The AC room had lot of mosquitoes due to which we could not sleep.

Location was good.

Toilet flush pipes were leaking, bedsheets were bit smelling and not looking very clean.

I didn't have breakfast. The location and room were excellent. Staff were warm and helpful. I would highly recommend this family friendly place to anyone - especially single travelers. It was clean, comfortable and safe. A few great food joints near by.

I didn't notice anything that needed improvement.
