Park Residency

Location, Higene, Rate etc

Breakfast timing is 7.30... too late

House Keeping was ok

The facilities are not upto the mark and the front office was not co-operative. They are not so professional, overall their behavior was not satisfactory, ?

Very clean and functional rooms

Lack of hot water

location easily accessible..good parking..food is ok

We took the suit room... facilities are not up to the mark for a suit room. Poor maintanence of the room. Room was smelly cigarette

Cleanliness

No coffee maker and TV unit was not functioning

Good roomGood room service Good behaviour in reception

I had a booking and once i reached the hotel they said its automatically cancelled because they sent a mail regarding confirmation just 1 hour before my arrival. Due to driving i couldn't confirm that mail. It was just an HOUR BEFORE MY CHECKIN . How irresponsible and pathetic the system there..very bad organizing and i will never take reservation from there.

It was close to airport so easy accessible for late night travellers Staff was really helpful .. good roomSpace and it was really easy for me to get a cab with their help

Nothing specific to add

Not much variety. But good local breakfast.

TV in room not working. Cleanliness could be slightly better

The stay at the property was quite comfortable and the dealings of the staff was fine.

Milk sachet was not provided for making tea/coffee. The toilet was provided with only one towel for the 2 pax accommodation.

Neat and clean, good location. Staff are nice.

No hot water, leak in the bathroom, lots of items in the menu not available. Ordered butter chicken and found out they took some leftover chicken like chicken 65 and put it in the butter chicken gravy. The chicken was roasted and not cooked in the gravy. AC was very noisy

location was fine

cleanliness and response from reception, housekeeping- very very bad Very poor house keeping. Bed linens were torn and dirty and surprisingly they did not have any spare bed linen.worst hotel stay in my last 10years.After complaining about bed linen , showed a us another room, bed linen was again worse.Hotel have a big name- very unprofessional behavior and still works with lots of papers!!!

Location and ambience was good

Please maintain the bathroom closet cover neat and tidy . Please change the ceiling fan

Clean rooms,Courteous Staff,

Limited food options for Jain and vegetarian food. Fan was horrible wobbly. Though Ac was good so no issues there.

Hygienic and good service with nice staffs

Breakfast was fine. Locatiin too

TV was not working. Electric kettle was not working. Morning tea was not served till 7.30am. Trolley with lenin cloths were kept in front of the service lift. Lost my morning freshnes waiting for the bed coffee.

Nearer to the airport.

Geyser was not working, TV was not working. Breakfast was average. For the price, it’s not value for your money.

Size of the room

AC was leaking in our 1st room and room was flooded in the midnight. We had to shift ourselves without any help to other room and there AC wasnt working properly. We were sweating the whole night as fan speed was not increasing above 1. Very badly managed.

i couldn't have and try breakfast as i left early morning at 6 , breakfast starts at 7 am the property is located mid-way between Calicut city and the airport and is a good option for people planning to fly from Calicut airport on early morning flights .

The Bed is old and a bit uncomfortable,i hope they replace the bed with modern, comfortable ones

Good location, good staff, good service and good breakfast in reasonable price
