They didn't allot the room I booked. Only one room was available and the card was not working gave me manual key. When I enter the room to my surprise the room was recently used by someone. Foods and plates scattered. Bed was used dirty. Half a glass of beer bottle etc etc., I informed the reception they immediately gave me another room which was smaller than the one I booked.

The property was good, especially the location it cannot be considered as a star hotel any more, early check in they have charged exorbitantly, in a family suit room they provide one bottle of water in a day, I have seen this in many hotels, reluctant to provide one additional bottle of water..how much you save additional with this attitude?Need to improve a lot

The rooms and toilets are filthy, bath towels are filthy, dust in every room tables, staff responds very bad, the Air-conditioner was not working, so reported but no response. It says in ur website that it’s a 4 star. It’s not even 2 star. So kindly request to booking.com, to keep ur standards, avoid them for in the future booking as 4 star??

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Very polite. Food was really good! The location is really close to the station, beach, and Paragon restaurant.The Suite room was really nice and cozy!

The hotel is a little old, and hence there is a musty, old furniture smell in the room. Could use some room fresheners.Needs a working mini bar.

Room seems to be wet floor on check in . It was same during stay . Unidentified reason to be wet floor .

I liked that it was near the Kozhikode Beach.

The rooms were poorly maintained. The food that was ordered and plates kept outside the rooms were lying there the whole day. Bedsheets weren't changed and no hot water. The staff were cordial but after checking out and paying all the dues l, one person kept calling, saying that since we checked out 1 hour late, I need to pay extra. This after they gave us the rooms late during check-in time.

Absolutely nothing

Water showering inside the room throughout from the AC duct. Complained, but no use.No hot water coming in the washroom through the Mixer. When complained, the receptionist advised to keep the tap open for 15 minutes to get hot water from the Geyser (heater). How much water and our time wasted.Not at all good for a family stay. The price is very high, but the quality of service is very low

Pleasant

We opted for a suit room without food. The stay was pleasant and comfortable, however the washroom was older (lookwise) and the bathtub caused itching across our bodies, indicating a lack of cleanliness.

The location was just next to the railway station and very close to the famous Paragon restaurant.

Cleanliness, the bathroom, there was no hot water, I found a huge dead cockroach next to the bed, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was filled with mosquitoes. The breakfast was just ok, could definitely be taken up a notch for the 4 star rating they have received. The WiFi was also not good. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
