Verry dirty rooms ..we found alot of worms ? in toilet..rooms are big size..but room smell like hell ?…bed sheets are not washed i think…we feel verry discomfortable in room cleanliness

Very Poor Experience – Not RecommendedOur stay was extremely disappointing. The lift was not working, and we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, making it very difficult to go up and down—especially for elderly visitors. All guests struggled with this daily, yet no effort was made to repair the lift. When we asked about it, we were told they haven’t even called for service yet.The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedsheets had stains, including blood marks, and we had to request a change. The bathroom was unclean, with a moldy sink and stained commode. We had to call multiple times just to get basic cleaning or supplies.For the amount charged, the service quality was shockingly poor. We will definitely not return and would not recommend this stay to others.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Misleading!We were a group of 8 members who had confirmed 4 rooms via Booking.com well in advance. Upon arrival, the hotel staff denied having rooms available and started asking for confirmation details and ID proofs all over again — as if we hadn’t already made a legitimate booking.This experience was completely unprofessional and chaotic. After a long journey, being told that there are “no rooms available” despite a confirmed booking is not just frustrating — it’s unacceptable.We trusted the platform and the hotel for a smooth stay, but instead, we were left stranded, disrespected, and inconvenienced. What’s the point of confirmation emails if hotels can simply deny your booking on arrival?Booking.com must take strict action against such unreliable listings. Travelers beware!

Ajith and his reliever front office staffs were very helpful friendly .Only the thing is just Chek out time is flexible only upon payment.

The reviews had put me off at first but it’s really worth the money. Superb location . Located near mittayi theruvu just walkable distance rooms are big clean had chiller AC and smart tv with WiFi access. Didn’t have any amenities but still worth the money recently renovated property so everything looks clean had adequate parking facilities the staff was friendly . Really enjoyed it

The location is in the heart of the city. Neat and clean room with everything working as expected.

Had the Tv set up with streaming services, was very clean, let us leave our bags in the reception after check out. Some members of staff were friendly and welcoming and we're very helpful in getting our bags to the room

Long check in time, issues with our booking and ended up in a smaller room than we'd booked however did try to rectify the situation but due to inappropriate timing (1.30am) we were unable to move rooms

Booked 2 rooms for a night stay.. hotel is Clean and nice , The hotel is under construction, everything looks new but more improvement needed. No hot water connection, no coffee pot or supplies, Hope all the construction finished everything will be fine. Parking is a mess, needs more improvements. Affordable rates are good for the budget friendly travelers. Overall the hotel is nice and affordable for the budget friendly travelers.
