HM Resort

I booked for two days , they have charged rs. 12000 /- for two rooms , but in booking.comi. , it was shown rs 5. 300/- per day for two rooms.It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had anywhere, , hotel house keeping guys one lady has stolen my things, Listerine mouth wash, snacks, android mobile chargers and many things which I am not aware of. I have conveyed the same to the hotel manager , but he has not taken any action .Whoever is planning to visit this HM resort , be careful, house keeping guys may steal your articles and valuable items watch gold rings etc

Proper staff is not there, check-in room given delay after 2hrs and another one room given after waiting 7hrs

Property is located at a serene place away from city. No shops or restaurants nearby. The reception staffs and housekeeping guys are very polite and helping.

Very less housekeeping staffs for the entire resort. Waiting time for food and others takes lot of time. Not much to do for kids there, only activity is there’s a pool.

The location near by bird sanctuary and Brindavan Garden. Nice quiet area and relaxing by the pool. Far away from hectic city life. Less pollution

The room was not cleant properly. Found many bees and cockroaches in the room. The complimentary water was not delivered on daily basis unless we asked for it. Food varieties were very less. Most of the items are not available. Breakfast was ok, the staff was helpful. The front office staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall our stay was "ok". The swimming pool was the plus point.

for breckfast they charging 200 per person but items not expected level, further during booking it is free breackfast but after they told breackfast will be charged

Things could still be better at the hotel. Could have been better if dining was separated from bar Swimming pool was not very clean as expected. Games were there but still better facilities could be provided. Maybe, the resort is still in its initial stages

Staff will hear the issues and never fix it. For example, they have provided tea tea sachet bags and no electric kettle. In our room TV was not working, informed staff multiple times and no fix. Food Menu limited (all items on Menu is not available)

Break fast is good

little bit more cleanliness of rooms and also bed sheets and bath towels

The fact that there was a hotel and room available.

The location is a nightmare to find! Just next to a newly constructed bridge. I understand that you can't move the resort but clear instruction to reach would have helped. The resort could do with better cleanliness and food options.

It was really good stay for a day at HM Resort. Staff were good and supportive. My mother was sick and got very good support from staff as well restaurant guys. Inn-Restaurant is plus for this. pool was very good and it is at private area.

Hotel staff were very cordial. Rooms were nice. Great for the price.

The food was good but could use some more work. And wish more item were available that were there on the menu.

The HM Resort is a real nice place to stay. I enjoyed the beautiful landscape around it very much and it is very close to spots like the Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, Sri Rangapatna Island with the famous Sri Nimishambha Temple and The Colones Bailey's dungeon. I felt very much welcomed by the HM Resorts staff especially Rocky who was my local guide and Avinash who both took real good care of me.Thank you very much HM Resort Team.

Ambiance is so good.... Kind staff ..... Tasty food well maintained rooms and pool is so clean.Comfortable stay for family.

Pool time could be extend....

The room, pool, staff and the service - They are ready to move heaven and earth to make you happy and comfy.

Food.. A big turn off! They say, they will be changing the cook soon. We must see when it happens.
