Sandesh Pride

Room was big but it was nicely laced out so size was not an issue. Breakfast was great. It was in sister hotel beside the Sandesh Pride. Staff generally seemed very attentive.

Room had a very noisy fan on its A/C unit. I asked both the desk and housekeeping to have an engineer check it out. But apparently that was not done - at least not doing our time there.

Using next door's Sister/5* Hotel facilities, particularly for our Breakfasts which were excellent. Apart from our next door '3.5*' Room which was more than adequate ! we shared the same excellent location & (joint) Staff as the 5*. Very central, quiet as set off the main road, lovely front window view of the trees from our room. Clean, comfortable (including beds) & friendly, accommodating Staff. Good Bathroom too.

Staff were very welcoming and always smiling while greeting us. Room was extremely clean, shower with hot water. Comfy beds. Breakfast is next door at sister hotel Close by to the palace

Very poor

Highly priced for a small room and the staff are not at all helpful.

Only the breakfast was good with vast options. The bell boy was very polite and humble.

The receptionist was rude. We couldn't find proper parking. Even for simple toiletries we had to wait for a long time. The rooms were small.

Bath towels could have been better ones - not hygienic. Exhaust fan in the bathroom could have been fixed.

The mattress was very worn out & old. The cot wasn’t fixed & moved whenever you leaned your back to the headrest.

Everything shud improve.1. Rooms do not have a single ventilation. Only fans and AC. Cieling fan is easily reachable with hand. Its dangerous.2. Room cost is too high for the type of room provided.3. Room does not have basic amenities like fridge, hair dryer, long length mirro, mirror lights.4. Staff say every minute in the day room rates vary. They treat rooms like gold rates which varies every minute.5. Receptionists do not give trust worthy info. Every receptionist gives diff information. Not well trained6. When asked for extra towels, did not even provide even after an hour. They did not even acknowledge or apologise that they could not provide.Overall pathetic experience. Not going there anymore

Great StayExcellent and wide variety of breakfast.Good Staff.Additional Washrooms in Common Areas. Breakfast was served in their twin 4 start hotel, next to Sandesh Pride.

Clean n reasonably priced with free parking. Water bottle was there.

Safety deposit box was locked. Unable to use it. There was no fridge. Shower drain was not good. Walls might be thin as I heard lots of talking from next room.

Location, parking space & facility

Bed was not comfortable too soft , felt back pain. Water bottle only half liter per guest where as other hotel usually provide one liter water bottle.

Food was excellent. The best food I have eaten.

The main issue here was the bed in the room. The beds were slipping as they were not anchored to the floor. So if the person would sit on the bed the bed would slip below and the person can fall between the bed and the wall. The second reason was the mattress. The mattress was too soft and can cause a back ache.

Location breakfast staff

Ours was a short stay for one night. Our main purpose of visit to Mysuru was to see palace.

Its in good location. It was built with good facilities . breakfast is good
