Whole experience was disgusting staff were very rude and no basic facilities also they have billed 2x than the amount showed on app

Conjusted room, hangers in bathroom were broken no ventilation nobady cares only they talk sweet

I felt at the reception a person who knows English can be available.

12 noon to 12 noon is a gain more than worth for them. I check in at 9pm today and next day I vacate by 8 pm. So they can at least reduce 500 rs

Tv was there , to connect to power but sockets were not there .Bathroom was very conjusted and not proper flow of water

no breakfast, nothing was provided, staff was very rude and non cooperative

BATHROOM was unclean , very dirty, , and no proper maintainance, and not clean at all wash basin - outlet was broken and not usable no water was provided in the room No proper ventilation hot water supply was also not available

Staff was polite but bathroom was somehow assembled with broken sanitary items, no cloth hanger, not that clean, TV wasn't working.Additionally, i asked for sight seeing suggestion by cab and they arranged a travel agent who was a total fraud. We paid for a sight seeing package to Ooty and he didn't even stop at any site point, we only saw it by bus travel and shops which were way more expensive.

The place is center to the xity based tourist location, in a very developed and aafe market area. The stay was very safe. I fealt no fear. It was not very decorated, but at the pricing great value for me. The room was very neat and clean bedsheet , bathroom, all other normal facilities.

Well Iam happy with the aspects . I got what I had in mind when I booked .I looked at pricing , cleaniness , safety , location in the centre of city

Given very small room which was too congested and can't able to walk also...

Showed one room ln website and had given another room which is not good and has very small space.Switch board not working.

I liked nothing

Room was very small, online booking said there is bath tub, wifi, flat tv and many more included in this offer, but nothing was there. The bed was fully dust, we were affected with rashes immediatly

Cleanliness and staff behaviour was the best of the lot.

Room space and rest room space. Overall a good place to stay for a day or two not more than that.
