No wifi , no good facilities, staff's behaviour is disappointed, they not giving good rooms , waiting for check-in and what ever showing on booking.com related it's facilities those things are fake specially their wifi is not working and staff behaviour is worst.

Nothing.Actually if I had a choice i would have given zero rating.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional.Though two people were present at front desk both even did not look up from their mobile phones.Check in process -more than one hour.No room service.Our room numbers were 109 and 111.No toiletries, soap, toilet tissue, towel, water bottle were provided.Upon persistent requests, one towel one soap and one water bottle 750 ml provided for two occupants after four hours of check in.Hot water tap was not working in 111.Key card was not working in 109.Key card was not programmed in 111A/c was useless in 111.This was the worst hotel experience in my life.

Hotel is good and well maintained & helpful staffs. Rooms were spacious

They are not accept my booking,booking confirmed but they side they don't have free rooms

Fraud Hotel1. Lift Not working2. The room selected on the site and the room provided didn't match and upon informing the staff they said they can't do anything. They told complain to Booking.com.3. They took 400 extra for giving the wrong room.4. I had to beg for towels, water and soap for like 8-10 times. Basic things not provided.5. No hot water in the Hotel, dull excuse provided.6. In Room AC not working, 7. only 6-7 channels in TV and that too Kannada.8. Mirrors are dirty and can't even see the face. 9. Cockroaches roaming in the bathroom10. No basic hooks or hangers in the room for clothes.11. Was given mini fridge in the room and that too didn't work.Overall please don't book here. They are fraud.

Worst cleanliness, cockroaches in the room, ac not cooling properly, tv not working, no fan in the room. Wifi is not good and overall worst experience

The location was perfect!

The hotel needs to change the sheets and pillow covers. The room service was not available when we asked for it. The flush wasn't working properly, had to pour bucket of water to clear the drain. The AC was leaking. The check in and Staf was good. Just needs some improvement.

After booking and confirming, they said there was no room and they would pay more if I paid more.

Worst experience ever: don't go with family

Service and facilities are worst, even the basic toiletries product was not available in room, they just delayed till we left post one day stay. Very bad experience I ever had.Room cards were not working properly and staff are the laziest I have even seen and forgets till we ask for the same again.Only AC is working fine, other than that do not expect anything from them.They don't know even what customer service is.One more thing, manager don't know anything in this service, and after convincing with all proof related to breakfast included thing for 4 members in booking.com app, he was allowing for only 2 people. After a long discussion he found his mistake and allowed for breakfast. This was my first worst experience from booking.com

Worst doors and worst place to stay, smelly bathrooms, broken doors, no hot water, Ac not working, lift is not working , check in will be at 1:30 pm and the employees where drunk inside the property no proper help and no towels no soaps.

Don’t get fooled by the pictures.. It is way more dirty. I visited property and couldn’t stay there with family, had to cancel booking and booked other hotel.

Break fast provided near by small restaurant which is not a proper place to visit with family.small space full of crowd.

Lift is not working.you should use stairs to reach 2nd floor

Nothing. Only thing I liked was the staffs were nice and they told us that the rooms are acvailable but no airconditioning neither Lift or Fans.they advised to look for an other room

When I reached there in the midnight with wife and an infant, the hotel manager said Rooms are available but no lift (its in 5th floor) and no Air conditioning. They said its better not to take room as all the rooms they left with was not having airconditioning

I booked room in advance,website showed to pay amount at property but when I visited the hotel,the guy at reception told there are no rooms available abd told to lool for other property.If ir not ready to accept the guest then please don't post your hotel in the website.
